When my best friend told me about the excellent service they received from NE GA Tree Service (Mack) after a storm wreaked havoc on their yard (and several of their neighbors' yards), I knew it was time to consider the project we had put off for so long. For years, my husband and I griped every time we looked into the backyard at the Sweet Gums that were taking our over yard keeping grass from growing and littering it with their messy gum balls. We knew it was a project bigger than we could handle. We had a 100 ft dead pine tree between our house and a neighbors house however it was on my property. I had received 3 other quotes but each one would use a climber to do the work. I was not comfortable with that. I found NE Greorgia Tree Srv on yelp and called. Mack was out the next day. His quote came in lower and he was going to use a cherry picker. They came out the next day, fell the tree without incident and totally cleaned up. Everything was grinded. They did such an efficient job we had 2 more trees removed while they were here. We had storm damage to trees and had Mack Parks Northeast Georgia Tree Company come out yesterday to take a look. He gave us an estimate which was very reasonable. Mack Parks was a nice Young man to work with. He came the same day I called him. I had large tree that a big limb had fallen off. He gave me an estimate and he and his crew were back at 8 the next morning and had removed my tree and did a wonderful job cleaning up my yard. He needs to get a permit to remove stump because of power lines. It takes about 1 weeks and they will return to stump grind. Very happy, I would highly recommend read more

Mack was very respectful of our property and took great care in protecting the other trees and bushes around the tree he cut down. He cleaned everything up after the removal and couldn't even tell he had his equipment there! We had a large branch break off our oak tree in a storm and he responded very quickly to our call. Mack Parks was extremely professional and courteous and came immediately and helped when lightening struck my tree. Today he cut down another tree and cleaned up perfectly. Wonderful service !! Came out and gave a very fair quote. Arrived when promised, cleaned up every day .. did not leave a mess even overnight !
