We had a huge discount by booking with them and it was on the beach and met EVERY criteria we needed for a successful trip. Ayanna from Luxe Travel & Tours, set me up with my airline tickets, transportation between the airport and resort and made sure I had a beautiful room at the resort and received VIP treatment while there. I arrived in Jamaica with someone waiting on me with a sign with my name on it to escort me to the VIP lounge. There I was able to have lunch and a drink while I waited for a person to escort me to the van to take me to my resort! Ayanna also let me know about all the excursions I could do while there. The trip was amazing and everything was already taken care of for me. All I had to do was show up and enjoy myself. Sandy was able to set us up at Tropical Princess with direct flights, priority status at TSA security, and ground transportation through Vacation Express. Everything went off without a hitch. She also scheduled a tour in Paris before Viking would get us there and then said she couldn't reschedule. I found the same tour on Trip Advisor within a few minutes and scheduled it instead. This was my first time using a TA so maybe they all do this but I was frustrated with the lack of details on the bill. No idea how much anything cost and what the mark up was for the TA.
