This is a review for the First Niagara Pavilion Concert Express. Roundtrip tickets can be purchased…read morealongside your concert tickets through Ticketmaster. If you do choose to see a concert at the pavilion in Burgettstown, I firmly recommend taking advantage of this service as you'll save yourself the trouble of parking, won't have to battle traffic to and from the venue, and will enjoy a nice, air-conditioned ride in a bus or van (this depends on the number of riders per event). Stops include the following: Monroeville (Giant Eagle), Waterfront (Best Buy), Station Square (Commerce Court), Waterworks Plaza (King's restaurant), McKnight Road (Applebee's), North Huntington (Eat 'n Park), Greensburg (Eat 'n Park), and Robinson (Buffalo Wild Wings). The drivers are always professional, courteous, and the bus or van is consistently in apple-pie order. Commuting to and from a show with fellow music fans can be entertaining in itself as there's usually a cast of characters onboard with whom terrific and amusing conversations can be had. Leave the car at home, hop on the wagon, and let someone else drive for a change. You'll alleviate stress, reduce highway congestion, shrink your carbon footprint a little, and make some new friends. P.S. Make sure you arrive at your stop on time! They are unforgiving to stragglers and latecomers. As soon as the last song is performed, immediately make your way to your bus and remember where it is parked. I've been told that the Concert Express leaves 15 minutes after the end of the show. You have been warned. So far, I've yet to miss the bus.

Lenzner Tour in Monroeville Horrible experience with…read moreMonroeville, PA location My parents and I utilized the services of Lenzner Tour. Our agent was Sandy Steele. I live out of town and my parents live in Pittsburgh so it was difficult for me to purchase tickets online and receive/send them via email as they are not very tech savy. They needed help booking their flights to Italy so they could visit family and decided to work with Sandy. Sandy was polite and accommodating to my parents which I appreciate. She helped them book their flights (and mine although i provided her with all the info from google flights) and printed their itineraries. The problem lies with the following. Two days before our flights, My friend made me aware that we cannot travel abroad if our passports are expiring within 6 months of traveling. My parents nor I knew this. This was problematic as mine and my mothers passport were set to expire in 3 months. This caused my mother to drive to buffalo New York, pay an expedited passport fee and drive back. It's almost a 5 hour drive one way. I had to miss my trip (the passport center couldn't get me an appointment in time) and rebook at a later date which cost me $300 additional to change my itinerary. I spoke to United Airlines directly to try to recoup some of this cost and was informed that had I booked through them they would have educated us on the passport laws. Since we booked through Lenzner it was the responsibility of the travel agent to keep us abreast of the international laws and should have advised us of the 6 month expiration. I have had multiple communications with Sandy and gotten nowhere. She indicated I would not see any sort of adjustment from her or her company. So basically we paid Lenzner to book our flights (which I could have done on google myself) and nothing else. Imagine if we flew to New York and were turned away from bording our flight to Italy. I could manage but my mother?! This is poor business. No additional service was provided and we will never use this company again

Going into this we understood that planning this trip would require a lot of time and resources that we just didn't have. They also researched travel information and amenities needed for our toddler and walked us through how to protect our trip as the Coronavirus loomed. They have since provided up to date information on itinerary changes and gave guidance on how best to handle rescheduling as the reopening date for Disney was pushed back. They have helped make this whole situation stress-free and convenient. They truly love what they do and helping busy families like ours plan our dream vacations. Ryan took the stress completely out of planning and replaced it with pure excitement. Their insider advice on ride strategies, express passes, and must-see attractions saved us hours and made each day smooth and fun. What truly stood out was Voyage Geeks responsiveness and care.
