Also, do not choose Atlantex or sister company Atlantic, the customer service is unprofessional, there's no first call resolution and they do not have the proper CSR experience. It was a hassle and very mentally draining. I would never known my services wasn't yet switched after being approved until I called the electric company, this was after sending in identification and lease for address verification, some I never went through with any utility company.

Instead of working my problem, they focused on upsell opportunities unrelated to my problem. 90% of their time was spent looking for and quoting upsell opportunities presented in multiple proposals that I never asked for, and never wanted. Worst of all. They didn't fix the problem. The electrician replaced a GFCI but the very next day, the new GFCI stopped working and I was back to where I started. Despite informing them of this, they have been non-responsive as of this posting. In the end, my problem had nothing to do with the GFCI itself. It didn't need to be replaced. The problem was an 88 cent electrical outlet. If the electrician spent as much time diagnosing this 3 outlet circuit as he did generating unwanted proposals, this review would be much different.
