I was accused of committing fraud and using a fake credit card, even after I repeatedly tried to provide proof that I was the actual cardholder. Regardless of the situation, there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to a customer that way--especially someone who is already dealing with a stressful situation involving a loved one.
