2 weeks to check a mower battery just to get back the same battery.. by that time I already had bought a new one.. they said the battery is good that is my mower having issues .. mower seems to be working pretty good with the new battery I bought from autozone.. On top of waiting I had to pay $30 bucks (half of what a new one costs) just to have it checked. Stick with autozone or auto parts guys! They'll check your battery for free and they swap it on the spot if it's bad and under warranty . read more

I never ever waste my time with reviews but this was a must. Called to get some information about service they offer. They are useless and have no professionalism. The guy on the phone was dismissive and overall just a poor at communication. I asked to speak With someone else and he hung up. My questions were very direct. For example " can I do a walk through and what is the bond percentage" he couldn't answer any of those. The boss is way worse. He told me I was a liability if they were to help me. While also confessing they have helped other people out of state but for some reason my scenario was more difficult. Just do business else where. These people have lost their marbles . James was extremely helpful in explaining the bail bonding process. The bail we needed was much less than I expected, so we were able to pay it without having to use his services. Regardless, he kept in contact with us and coached us through the process by explaining how we should pay for the bail , what building to go to (he messaged us a picture of the entrance - Apple maps didn't give enough detail), and what to expect in terms of timing from us showing up with the payment until we could get our family member released. Highly recommend. No one likes the thought of having to bail someone out of jail. This team is fast, kept me updated on all the steps to get my friend out of jail as I now know it can be more than just posting the bond money - there are steps the court has to do and in this case a monitoring device was needed to. Don't bother going there. Stopped by their office to get info & immediately were told to leave the office since they don't accept in person visits at the office. No sign/ post or such warning on their door, the guy (adding in here, his breath stank so bad!) was rude basically saying to text us only. They aren't customer service friendly, take ur business somewhere else and btw they charged higher fees than other bail bond locations. read more

On 10/10/23, I became abruptly in the need of a quality bail bonds service in the Piedmont Triad area of NC, due to being after normal business hours. Due to being unfamiliar with these services, multiple attempts were made with other accredited agencies, but not sure if after hours were a considering factor, or the others just didn't seem adamant enough to assist. When almost all other agency attempts were exhausted, @AroundtheClockBailBonds came up as a result, just further away than the geographical area being vetted. One attempt and a Mr. David Brookbank answered. Mr. Brookbank dropped what he was doing immediately, drove over 45 minutes to 1 hour, and assisted me with their services with the most professional manner. Due to the nature of this business service, lol, I respectfully "hope" I will not need them further. However, if needed, you better believe they will be the first, foremost and only Bailbonds service I will have help. In closing, I urge ANYONE in the Piedmont Triad region of NC to use them.
