I was accused of committing fraud and using a fake credit card, even after I repeatedly tried to provide proof that I was the actual cardholder. To make matters worse, the representative called me "stupid" several times throughout our interaction. Regardless of the situation, there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to a customer that way--especially someone who is already dealing with a stressful situation involving a loved one. I was simply trying to verify my identity and resolve the issue, yet I was treated with disrespect and accused of being fraudulent. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
