My 8 year GF was able to get me out with them, while most others were demanding proof of marriage. Very slightly higher cost than some others that include payment fees (much cheaper than others I won't name). Wound up being 10% + they charged a $15 processing fee, while some others roll that processing fee into their price. But no complaints, got me out with very little fuss, I'm fine with the extra $15.

Horrible customer service! I would NEVER recommend or work with this company…read more I was attempting to get my sister out of jail and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I was accused of committing fraud and using a fake credit card, even after I repeatedly tried to provide proof that I was the actual cardholder. To make matters worse, the representative called me "stupid" several times throughout our interaction. Regardless of the situation, there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to a customer that way--especially someone who is already dealing with a stressful situation involving a loved one. I was simply trying to verify my identity and resolve the issue, yet I was treated with disrespect and accused of being fraudulent. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
