I was able to easily place a request through their website. Second, their bakery/coffee shop/breakfast/event room is always so clean. It is very organized and they have great seating available within the coffee shop portion of the building. Everyone is professional and kind. They are a cashless business as there was signs that stated they did not accept cash. So bring your card, bestie. The Chocolate cake with Vanilla Buttercream was delicious. The buttercream was sweetened perfectly and did not hurt your teeth (some icings hurt my teeth, not this one!). It is very fresh when refrigerated and was packaged nicely in a to-go carrier upon pickup. Upon pickup, my husband and I ordered from the coffee shop. The hot chocolate was rich and savory. I ordered a dirty ice chai and it was delicious! I will absolutely be back. Support local business, support your local bakery, support Victoria's Bakery!

I raised my concerns to the owner and her comment to me was that she was out of town for the weekend and would not take any responsibility for the botched cake. She charged me over $100 dollars for a half a sheet cake cracked in half . I spoke to her today to share my concerns and the owner Margie Axelrod had zero empathy for the situation offering no options but tried to defend the situation by saying their cake designers do not make the customer cakes like they did in the past. My question now is, why are they charging the same.

Plane glazed donut- awesome. One of the best around. Chinese almond cookie with chocolate- home run. Raspberry Russian tea cake. Honestly the best I have ever had. They have a pecan something with cinnamon. Don't recall the name. It is thin and crispy and large around. Fantastic. We also got an apple turnover that got split reviews. Not flakey or crispy. So some were disappointed others did not mind. All in all that place is fantastic.
