Bravo absolutely exceeded our expectations! A favorite supplier kindly ordered dinner for my significant other and me while he's been dealing with some health issues, and it was such a thoughtful treat. We honestly hadn't had Bravo in several years and rarely order DoorDash, but every single item was delicious. The salmon with the sweet potatoes was excellent, the filet was perfectly cooked and so flavorful, and the chicken pizza was a huge hit. We also loved the caprese salad and the wedding soup. And the desserts...wow. The cheesecake with caramel drizzle was amazing, and the tiramisu -- my personal favorite -- was absolutely divine. I have nothing bad to say about our meal here. 5 friends on a Sunday night had a table immediately, and our server, Tinesha, did everything right. The bread with seasoned oil came out quickly, the drinks arrived with little wait, and when we were ready to order, Tinesha was on the spot. Some of us ordered side salads which were bigger than we expected. They were fresh and served on an icy plate. (Yes!). The Chicken Parmesan was crispy and plentiful, the Eggplant Parmesan was super tasty (cut lengthwise which looked odd) and the Pasta Woozie was a crowd pleaser. There was no room for dessert, but the offerings looked great. We all left satsified and even with take home bags for another meal or two. Had an awesome Valentines Dinner at Bravo. We had a 4:45 reservation and we were seated right away. As soon as we were seated our waiter Dre made us feel at home right away. We started with a bottle of the Rose, and the warm italian bread. They were running a Valentines Special which included 2 salads, two pasta entrees and a piece of cheesecake to share. We both had the chopped salads and pasta alfredo with lobster and shrimp and we shared the caramel cheesecake. Our waiter Dre was wonderful. Didn't care for the rice bed it was on. Spicy pasta was also good and yes it was spicy. We also got a lasagna to go which they also gave a bag of bread so Bravo! Service: TJ is the man. Our book club met here last week. We had a side room which was great until a group of men took an adjoining room and were a bit louder than us but nothing you can do about that. The restaurant is spacious and relaxing. Our waitress was awesome, sorry I didn't get her name. She was very attentive to our large group and accommodated our requests. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan which came with herb pasta. The price was typical for what I have experienced at other places. We started the meal with baskets of buns on the table to share with dipping oil. Yum!! My eggplant was a bit undercooked in my opinion but it was still good. The herb pasta was very good. My Dad and I visited for dinner on April 29th, and it was a profoundly disappointing experience. We both ordered the Veal Parmesan, which was served with herb linguine, marinara, and mozzarella. The quality was unacceptable; the food was served lukewarm and tasted the opposite of fresh--it had the distinct, unpleasant flavor of something that had been sitting in a refrigerator for weeks. The service was particularly frustrating. My father, who is visibly elderly and has hearing difficulties, tried to ask questions about the menu, but the waiter was completely inattentive. Because the waiter failed to respond properly or show any genuine care, my father was essentially conned into ordering a $16 glass of Merlot that he didn't fully understand the price of. It felt as though the staff simply didn't want to be there. The total bill came to $100 with the tip, which is an exorbitant amount for such poor quality and service. It is rare that I feel truly disgusted paying a bill, but this was a massive waste of money. You can find much better food and value at local mom-and-pop Italian spots or even other chains like Carrabba's or Olive Garden. I am giving this one star only because zero is not an option. Food - generally, decent although I don't see how it's much better than other chain restaurants. Local, family owned provide same or better quality for same or less cost. Went recently for lunch and think it's crazy to pay an additional $8 to add chicken to the $17 lunch combo (soup or salad & pasta). I had the chicken Alfredo & Caesar salad combo. I went to Bravo! for the first time a few years ago and had a really pleasant experience. However, I wasn't all that impressed this time around. The restaurant itself felt dingier and louder than it had previously, and there wasn't any ambiance like there was the first time I went. There was a hole in the ceiling and the bathrooms were kinda messy. The food itself is yummy (I had the Crispy Ravioli and it was delicious) but a little overpriced. Bravo! is basically a half-step up from an Olive Garden but way more expensive. The service left something to be desired. I acknowledge that part of that might be my fault (the person meeting me for dinner was 35 minutes late -- winter weather will do that -- and I occupied a table waiting for her), but I still felt that our server wasn't very attentive or friendly. I'm not too upset about my experience because Bravo! is a chain and I try to temper my expectations. Nonetheless, I don't plan on returning anytime soon. read more

Keep in mind Bravo is a franchise, but differ wildly by location. In Louisiana where I live the menu is much different and showcases a bit more local flavor and spice. I've been to this location twice before and always thought it was good so this was the likely choice when getting together with family. The service was excellent, thank you Crystal! However the drinks took awhile and the entrees were meh. I ordered an aperol spritz which was overly sweet. Either they added simple syrup or used Prosecco but I was hoping for a more bitter drink as I am accustomed. My dads pasta didn't seem to be evenly tossed and some of the noodles were dried out. My Marsala was heavy handed and sloppy. I don't think my brother in law much cared for his dish at all. I should've gotten the scallopine which was Crystal's number one recommendation. My husband and I went to this location on Friday, April 22 at 5:30 PM. We were greeted right away by the hostess whom was very nice and we also noticed they have happy hour in the bar section from 4-7pm only and we asked the hostess if we could order drinks and apps from the bar area and take it to our table & was told yes which was amazing. Our waitress, server that brought our food & the bartender were so friendly & all smiles. We loved our service, decor, spacious of their seating & how accommodating the restaurant is for anyone celebrating an event w/ larger room for themselves. We received our complimentary breadsticks w/ oil & waters promptly. Our dinners included: lobster & shrimp pasta, chicken parmesan w/ red sauce & herb linguine, our adult beverages included margaritas & Rose sangrias. All our food was delicious w/ the exception of the sauce on the shrimp/lobster pasta which my husband did not care for. Our experience was just okay. When we walked in, we were told by multiple people that someone would be with us shortly. We waited a while at the front before we were seated. Our server was nice but told us she got in for her shift late. Seemed pretty cheery at the start of service, but then progressively was all frowns or short responses as service went on. Just kind of made us feel like a burden. We ordered the artichoke dip which went well with our white wine. We also got the bolognese and the sausage tortellini. The tortellini was a little greasy so I might stick with a meatless entree next time. They kept tables spaced out and had silverware individually wrapped. let me preface this by saying that our server was PHENOMENAL. none of our horrible experience this evening had anything to do with her, or any of the servers/chefs. in fact, her kindness, understanding, and hard work were the only redeeming qualities of our dinner. she deserves a raise for handling the situation better than the "manager" did. if he can even qualify himself as one. my family and I decided to go here for my mother's birthday dinner. upon arriving and receiving our food/drinks, there were fruit flies EVERYWHERE. i wish i was making this up. the olive oil that got sent to our table had flies all over the cap, my sister's fettuccine alfredo had a dead fruit fly in it, and overall, upon finishing our drinks, there were at least 5 fruit flies in my fiancés drink. upon telling the "manager" (again, i use this term extremely loosely, considering his unprofessionalism and lack of managerial skills), he claimed that it was a "problem he knew about already" and "didn't have any way to fix it". seriously? he then proceeded to make up for the issue by offering us a slice of chocolate cake to share... as if we wanted more food to have flies in. avoid this place at all costs, seriously. if you're looking for quality, go next door to Cooper's Hawk. there's a reason why their dining room is completely empty half of the time compared to Cooper's. again; shout-out to the servers and chefs. it's none of their faults. hopefully you guys find a better manager, because he (and the fly infestation) are gonna be the reason this place goes out of business. read more

This place is definitely going down hill. The food and portion sizes were pitiful. The *Caesar Salad* ...was so small and boring, no effort put into the salad. The salad did not have a nice presentation at all. The *Napoli Shrimp* ...was pathetic (see pictures) it was barely any sauce on the shrimp. I was really disappointed about that. I didn't even care to complain to the server. The *Chicken Parmesan* ...tasted like frozen chicken. The pasta served with the Chicken Parmesan was very soft. They were NOT al dente. Ate at one of my favorite upscale chain restaurants tonight for dinner. Around 4:30 with a sparse dinner crowd on a Sunday on Memorial Day weekend. Service was good, server was attentive, friendly and answered my questions competently. The restaurant was quiet, with Italian music playing in the background. Complimentary bread was served with a new (to me) spiced tomato oil. It was so good I asked if they bottled it because I would have taken some home lol. Unfortunately it was house made and not available for purchase. As a starter I had the Crispy Shrimp Napoli, good as always with a healthy serving of 12 shrimp for $18.99. The entree was my go to Chicken Parmesan, served on a bed of herb linguini. Two good size chicken breasts topped with a marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Although this dish was tasty, it was a bit greasier than usual and I felt the linguini was a bit beyond al dente. Still ok for the $25.99 charge since there was enough for two meals. The shrimp starter was also enough for two servings. Probably a good thing as the meal comes in at a hefty 1740 calories. I asked for extra marinara sauce, and for the leftovers to be boxed which my server was happy to do for me. A $20 coupon from the restaurant made the meal a bargain. read more

I'm updating my previous review just because of the service last time I was at Bravo. The food is still good but the service was seriously lacking. Our waitress came around every once in a blue moon leaving us waiting for long periods of time without checking in. We didn't receive any bread for the first 30 minutes that we sat there although tables around us with a different waiter got their bread. I actually refrained from asking for things I wanted from our waitress because I knew she wouldn't come back for at least another 15 minutes. Also last time I came to Bravo the waitress was so great and accommodating because I was eating vegetarian and all of their pastas have some meat in them. The waitress allowed me to do a "build your own" pasta + sauce for a little cheaper than the specialty pastas (because why should I pay for meat I won't eat?). This time I mentioned it to the waitress and she said yes I could do that then ended up charging me the same price as the menu item with the meat anyways. When I asked her she said that it was something about an extra 1 oz portion size? I think she just wanted a more expensive bill so she'd get a bigger tip (she did this for both my mom's pasta and mine). So I ended up paying the full menu price even though the pasta plates we ate did not have the meat nor the veggies that I actually ended up paying for. Another busser/waiter/manager brought our food out on behalf of our waitress & because we knew the waitress wouldn't come back around for a while we asked him for more bread. 15 minutes passed and we were basically done with our food before our waitress came back around to us. I asked her for some bread because it seems like the other person did not tell her and he did not bring us what we asked for either. It wasn't even that busy in the restaurant so honestly this whole experience was really disappointing. And they should really expand their menu so that there is some pasta that is vegetarian friendly so that I don't have to jump through hoops to get a vegetarian pasta (not to mention pay for meat that I won't even get on my plate). read more

The wait for a Saturday night was rather short. I think we waited about 15 minutes at 7:30. The food was excellent. I had the fra divitto (?). My wife had a side salad that was rather large for a side salad, ( that's a good thing), and my son had a cheese pizza. He is not a crust kind of person, however he ate it up. He loved it. Service...meh. The server never introduced himself, during the entire meal. It wasn't until I received the check that I found out his name was Robert. Very unfriendly and personable. Based on him I wouldn't come back. Now that being said, he may have just had an off night so I want to give him the benefit of the doubt. The atmosphere fear was really nice. A good friend accompanied my wife and me on a Tuesday night, with 6:00 reservations. We were pleasantly surprised by the décor, service, and food - it definitely seems more classy than Olive Garden! We were seated immediately, and Ramon, our server, was friendly, attentive and provided suggestions and clarification on the menu. We each had a side salad with our pasta entrees. My Spaghetti Bolognese was delicious, as were the Pasta Bravo and Fra Diavolo with chicken - although the chicken was a bit tough. Two of us splurged for dessert - caramel cheesecake and creme brulee, both of which were plentiful and decadent! Later that evening I regretted having it, though. All in all, a very enjoyable dining experience! Had our server brought me more water during our dinner (he did bring some, but I drank a lot of water) and a decaf coffee refill, and had the chicken been more tender, I'd have absolutely given 5 stars. read more

I went on a Friday night without reservations. I was offered a seat at the bar. An unkempt spot at the bar. I was walking out when the hostess said she just had a cancelled reservation and seated is immediately. Way to turn it around! The crispy shrimp Napoli appetizer was incredibly good. The charred tomato sauce really set it off. The lobster bisque was decent. For my entree, I ordered the grilled chicken chop salad without cucumbers. It came WITH tomatoes. They brought me another one. Thankfully this one really was without cucumbers. The manager gave us a free dessert to make up for the inconvenience. Their tiramisu is quite good.
