The value is amazing and the interior is SO beautiful. For 2-person seating you're sat against a wall and the chairs are facing the interior of the room instead of straight across from each other which is more relaxing. We loved our teas and as usual the food is very filling even though it just looks like a small amount of tiny little treats! It's hard to find a good afternoon tea at this price point (actually it's the first I've ever come across) and even though it's in kind of a random area of Greensboro it's totally worth the excursion.

As I've done most of the afternoon teas available in the Triangle area, I am not branching out to the Triad. Afternoon tea at O Henry came highly recommended to me by people I know in real life and rightfully so! Afternoon tea at O Henry is served in the lobby of the hotel when you first walk in. They have clusters of seating all over, and they do get booked out so be sure to make your reservation ahead of time. For the tea, they have a few different tiers but I've always opted for the full O. Henry Tea. It's still only $22 which is such an accessible price point as I'm used to afternoon teas costing easily double! It's a hearty and proper tea, and they will refill your pot too. I can't wrap up the review without commenting on the excellent service. Every time I've come for the afternoon tea, I am impressed by the warm welcome and attentive service by all of the staff I interact with. This afternoon tea is one I will repeat time and time again!

Good evening, fellow Yelpers! It's your favorite critic again with another tantalizing insight to…read moreyet another business. Drury Inn & Suites, located in Greensboro, North Carolina, is incredible, to say the least! "Travel work" is what has brought me to this area ( just in case you're wondering, lol). Using my #1 go-to *Yelp*, I searched for lodging accommodations for 2 nights. After reading reviews of different establishments for about 20-25 mins, my mind was set on Drury Inn & Suites. I have lodged with Drury before (for the most part, I knew what I was getting into, lol), but this was different. Check-in didn't take 10 mins. The receptionist was friendly & super informative (always a plus), with what was offered "free" in addition to my stay. Happy hour specials (2 complimentary drinks), hot breakfast, afternoon snacks/meal (called *kickback*) 5:30pm-7:00pm, was the icing on the cake. Super affordable, luxurious & spacious rooms, adequate parking, superb customer service, & indoor pool, what more could you want? It's a travelers dream! So, if you're ever in the area or in need of a getaway, this could satisfy your craving. With restaurants and shopping within walking or a short drive, paradise - minus being rich, lol. Come see for yourself, & I sincerely hope your experience was as memorable & noteworthy as mine

For $150 a night I expected something with nicer furnishings, clean carpets, and spaces that looked like they were maintained well. The room didn't have any USB charge ports so if you don't have an adapter, you're out of luck. Employees were friendly but that doesn't matter much to me if I'm in a room with carpet that has a ton of, what I hope to be, grape juice stains.

I picked this as my company tends to make us stay and Holiday Inns or other and price points here are same and needed to be in Danville VA just an hour a way but like the food choices here ( Bonefish Grill my fav)... Got a late check out so I could leave early and come back to pack and send some more emails and no problem. Shower was good pressure and hot too.... and internet speed on standard was fine on 2nd floor. Beds were clean and the most comfortable of all hotels I every stay in!!! Hamptons are the best! I always get 2 beds so I get more pillows. Big breakfast and meeting area, good wifi, clean room and cold AC ( I like it cold) and my fav- they have a pantry so I can get snacks and energy drinks if working late.Fresh fruit even had strawberries and blueberries which is a plus. I generally choose Hamptons either way and not disappointed. Staff has gone out of their way for me and it shows. Even the manager was helping out this am and nice to see they are on top of things. Highly recommend!!!

We arrived in our room and it smelled like someone had just dropped a big one in the bathroom. We were going to a concert and were leaving soon so we figured it would be gone by the time we were back. We were wrong, it still smelled when we got back. It was so late and we were tired we did not bother to try to get another room. Other than that I don't really have any complaints. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was better than most hotels. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area for a concert.

Due to a flight delay, I missed my connecting flight and was rebooked for the following morning, causing me to miss my first night at the hotel. When I called, I learned I had already been charged for the first night and that my entire reservation had been canceled. I requested to be rebooked using the group rate, but the hotel denied my request, so I stayed elsewhere instead. Later, a front desk employee agreed to refund the first night since the missed stay was due to circumstances beyond my control and canceling the entire reservation made little sense. However, the refund was never processed. When I followed up, the hotel refused to honor it because I could not provide the employee's name. I would have understood being charged for the first night if I had been allowed to keep my reservation, but charging me and canceling the entire stay was unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on this experience and the poor customer service I received, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Upon checking in to our room we found out that there is no fridge in our room and made a complaint. The moment receptionist said only higher up floors have a mini fridge due to some shortages and group event. I told her that we are apart of the group and I'm in 7th floor out of their 12 floors. The following day I got a chat and I voiced my complaint and I got my mini fridge. It shouldn't be like this - to be a Karen. Plus one of our bed was soaked with moisture, at first thinking my kids spilled some water. But it's the bed was soaked prior to our stay. Had them changed the bed sheets and my wife has to use the hair dryer to get it dry. Plus the lobby has no air conditioning. It seems like some people have the same problem prior.

We ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken, a Caesar salad with grilled chicken, and a chicken finger / fries plate.

It is clean, smells good, and the rooms are spacious. They offer a decent complementary hot and continental breakfast as well as areas to do business, etc. All hotel staff was very professional and friendly. There was one issue that I had with this hotel. On Friday, October 28th, the fire alarm went off throughout the hotel. It lasted for probably around 30 minutes or so. There was no communication or any staff members on the floors instructing guests on what to do. We were all very confused and didn't know if this was a test alarm or if we needed to evacuate the building. There were never any instructions for us to evacuate our rooms. I decided to leave the room and go out of the building because the alarm kept going off and no one was saying anything. As I took the stairs from the fourth floor down to the first floor, there was a strong smell of what seemed like rubber burning. It was only when I got to the first floor that I went and asked one of the staff what was going on and she said that someone put something in the microwave that wasn't supposed to be in the microwave and triggered the fire alarm. At that time, two firemen entered the building to go and evaluate the situation. This was handled poorly. Guests should have received communication on the expectations regarding that fire alarm. Had this been a different situation with a real fire, this lack of communication could've had a detrimental effect on the guests. Other than that situation with the fire alarm, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is a really good hotel. I rated it as a three solely because of the issue with the fire alarm.
