My husband has chronic ear problems and his hearing aids need constant cleaning and adjusting. Hearing Solutions does it happily. You are warmly greeted at reception by Liz and Nicole who can do a clean up in minutes. Audiologists Alan, Rebecca, and Victoria know their stuff. They make you comfortable as they test and advise or do adjustments. This is such a contrast to our last place where we waited weeks to get in to see anyone and where clean ups were only done in a one hour window, once per week. Hearing Solutions also got us the best price on the hearing aids we wanted. I started wearing hearing aids 15 years ago because I had difficulty hearing clearly at conferences and board meetings. My hearing has not deteriorated over that time because my hearing aids have kept the otic nerve stimulated and healthy. If you think you need hearing aids, get tested. Get them now and save what hearing you have. Get them at Hearing Solutions.

Edit: got a random call from a women this week, as I guess there's a new owner there and this…read morereview is hurting his business. I asked her to email me the request as I was in the middle of a meeting, and by the sounds of it she randomly decided to call me while she was driving and didn't have access to a pen etc. Nothing irks me more than someone not prepared for a business call and wasting my time. To date, still no email and I'm willing to give someone a chance to correct an error by someone else, but this impression wasn't a good one. I'll keep my rating until the owner decides to reach out directly. If I can give them a negative star, I would. Called them at 8:30AM to confirm my appointment, as I mistakenly wrote down the appointment date in another calendar I don't have access to. So wanted to confirm, as I live very close by at Carlton and Ontario, and could have easily arrived on time. I didn't receive a callback until 9:01AM. Then was told to rush in there in during rush hour traffic, and if I didn't get there within 20 mins they will cancel my appointment. I Ubered there and arrived at 9:24AM, as my Uber driver got lost. Finally arrived, and was told I can't get my services with an insane amount of attitude from a blonde young lady 20's. I was willing to use my benefits here too, as I have amazing coverage, but it's their loss. For $35 from Groupon, I've spent now $18 on Uber's to get here and back. Unrealistic timelines to get there and very rude staff.

I go to see my osteopath Pierre Baochon there and he's excellent!…read more The clinic is ideally located right south of Yonge and Bloor station, the receptionist is friendly - They offer a wide range of services (which I haven't tried so I can't say). Their osteopath prices are within the usual range. The only bad thing, I think, is that you have to climb up big steep stairs to go to the clinic (on the second floor), which is not ideal at all for people who come to see an osteopath or a chiropractor for back/leg problems.
