She was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. After the test, Melissa took the time to thoroughly review the results with me, ensuring I understood everything clearly and answering all of my questions. The pricing was also very reasonable, and even though I traveled from Vaughan, it was absolutely worth the trip. I highly recommend this Clinic. By far, the best Hearing Clinic in Toronto!

Tried another clinic on the west end, top of the line aids for $2500 less and no charge to try for a week. I cannot emphasize enough how ludicrous it is to sell a pair of hearing aids for $8000. A completely different experience. Please please price shop as they are not offering anything more than other audiologists, just extremely high prices. Clinic does not have a small business feel anymore. Incredible staff turnover over the years, which impacts how a patient is cared for. High prices, average service.

We took my daughter to Union Hearing when she was almost 4yrs old. Nick and Chris were both great and explaind all they could about what was happening with my daughters hearing. They are very kid friendly, and work closely with everyone involved. I went from being a worried and upset parent to feeling great that there was a company like this with these two guys out there for my child and to help her hear again. She has been going to Union Hearing for her whole life and gets treated like family. Once a year Nick and Chris also held a fundraiser charity event to help kids who were less fortunate and could not afford hearing aids. They were givng these kids a chance to hear for the first time. Now my daughter is 24, College graduate and Manager at local Bakery in Pickering. She has plans to get married at the end of this year. If it wasn't for Nick and Chris and Union Hearing in the beginning, I don't know what would have happend or where she would have been today. Contacted Toronto Audiology because I had a constant hissing in my ear and my doctor said it may be…read moresome wax build up and it should go away. It was a few weeks later and the issue was still there, very irritating. I arrived and was greeted in a very friendly atmosphere. The Audiologist checked my ear with the equipment and it showed a blockage of wax way up high. It required irrigation which did not hurt just a bit of flushing. I was very relieved when I seen the small particles come out into the water. My ears were rechecked to see if the levels were balanced and everything was back to normal. Thank you Lauren and Colleen! My previous experiences with this hospital were not very good at all, quite the opposite and in the negative. This experience was much better, was able to hop around and find a wheelchair no problem. The staff were super friendly and worked with a sense of urgency, when it all was said and done, the visit took about 3 hours, the only thing that I have negative to say was that the doctor at the time read my xray wrong and I got a phone call the next day telling me very bad news. The hospital was very clean and bright. Lots of parking on site Transit options are the 123 and 80 buses, and the 15 with a bit of a walk from the mall.

The staff and services here are excellent. This is not a hospital as such as there are no inpatient…read moreservices and no emergency department. An urgent care centre (UCC) provides care for non emergency injuries and personal health issues. Sprains, cuts, rashes, broken fingers etc for example, as well as blocked catheters, urinary retention and post surgical complications if needed. Emergency care is provided at another site, as is inpatient care. This site provides investigative and pre operative work up, as well as rehabilitation on an outpatient basis. An army of knowledgeable volunteers and clerical staff ensure you are seen in good time. The UCC practices triage, so less urgent cases may wait a long time for treatment. These cases could probably get seen at a walk in clinic or at their own doctors. Properly utilized this can be a one stop shop. Before I retired as an RN I referred patients here appropriately and they received good care. My wife had her follow up care here after her knee replacement, and I have cardiac investigations done here. The one down side? The cost of parking, although options are available to reduce the cost for frequent attenders.
