Weird basement cocktail bar in a barber shop. Much like the two or three other cocktail bars in…read morethis town, they offer custom drinks and high prices. Trying pretty hard to be this upper class cocktail bar with guys in black suits and earpieces for a bar the size of a house basement. It's a weird set up; there's a glass separator between the hair washing stations and the actual bar; and they house their DJ behind the glass as well, blasting music at a "yell to talk" level, which gets annoying. They only offer four beers as well, pushing the cocktail menu. Could use a few more normal domestic options besides Stella, Modelo, Sam Adam's, and 2 hearted. They offer bottle service and I saw a birthday bottle being presented like it's Vegas- bubble guns and sparklers... it was pretty stupid. Gotta figure out if your a cocktail bar or a club. Pick a persona. Overall wasn't impressed with the ambiance or the offerings. Would I return? Yeah I think so. But I don't think I'd make a night of the place. Maybe a drink or two before heading out elsewhere. Then again I'm not a clubber and felt like I was a bit too old to be here at the age of 43.

Eric was the first chair and even though they go off appointments he welcomed me right away. He was just starting his lunch and juggling for some children that were finished. Filled with positivity, humor and interesting stories. After what felt like 5 minutes he put a mirror in front of me and to my amazement it was all done. Show me a better barber and I will only assume they were taught my my barber, Eric. Get you and your kids over to see Eric and thank me later. Oh, and get your hair cut by him while there. Ask him to juggle a little bit too or the cut is free I heard or made up You won't go anywhere else after that.
