I explained to Jana that I wasn't happy with that and she got on a call right away to explain things. However, I still never received a clear understanding of what I was paying for and once I realized I was charged $1,900 for only a google search with no real explanation or insight I was rightfully upset! I complained a second time to Jana via email and she replied back with disgust that she never received complaints or has never had unhappy clients. She was clearly annoyed by my lack of understanding and my asking for understanding, as well as my dissatisfaction with the lack of service I received for what I payed. Let's be clear. If you want to spend $1,900 for someone to only do a patent search and not explain anything to you once the search is done, then definitely hire this firm. However there are other attorneys who will jump on a call, not limit you or the amounts of time you to 3 calls only. Look for an attorney/law firm who definitely wants to see your small business win!
