Whippany KinderCare has turned out to be one of the biggest blessings for our family for so many reasons. One of the things we are so impressed by and pleased with is how much the director (Chelsea) and assistant director (Leah) are involved with all the kids. If we ever have a question, they always are aware of how our daughter is doing because they keep tabs with her teacher on the regular and can answer anything with confidence. Seeing how our daughter was progressing, it was suggested that we move her up a class. We were a little nervous to do this six weeks early but with their support and after being offered to do a trial day, to our surprise everything went amazingly well! Our daughter is learning so much and we already see such an improvement in her language development (both sign and vocal) and other skills like how to use utensils and not throw food at the table. It truly is such a joy to see how much she is growing here. As a parent, you obviously want nothing but the best care for your kid and we have no doubt we made the right decision with Whippany KinderCare. Especially during the pandemic, knowing that the center has been taking every reasonable precaution (temperature checks at the door, constant sanitizing of the school, the use of masks for teachers and children, no outside toys, etc.) further gives us peace of mind that our daughter is in safe hands. To charge this much just for an infant to be monitored overnight and have no procedures done is abusive, price gouging, and an unconscionable billing practice. There is no way that this rate can be legal. Beyond billing, here is my original experience at the location. I came to the Goreyeb PICU (Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit) for a child's post-operation observations and everything went smoothly. The doctors, nurses, and staff are all very nice and helpful. They were all very well organized from the pre-op to the post-op in the PICU (pediatrics intensive care unit). Just a few things to give you the heads-up about: 1. Generally, parking won't be free at Morristown Medical Center. The parking lots are free only up to 30 minutes, $4up to 5 hours, $7 for visits past 5 hours and up to 24 hours. However, they will validate your parking if you are attended to in the pediatrics hospital. 2. The rooms in the PICU do not have showers. You have to go to a shared shower if you are staying overnight. 3. When you are in a room, breastfeeding moms get free food trays 3 times a day. Trays include 2 sides, soup, an entrée, a dessert, and a drink. Other guests pay $10 for a tray. So guests shouldn't buy food from the cafeteria. Buying the tray is a far better deal. There was nothing special about the experience to warrant a $50,000 bill. I highly recommend that you find another hospital. I recommend that you avoid any hospitals inside of Morristown Medical Center at all costs unless you are a millionaire and prepared for the huge costs that will follow.

Unfortunately, today I felt the need to review this business due to the trauma my son has been facing. My son attended this center for less than 8 months. In which two major head injuries occurred (see photo). One hematoma on the forehead which has left him with permanent muscle tear and is visible when he cries or laughs real big. Second injury was staples on his head because they allowed another child to hit my son with a very heavy plastic toy that gashed my son's head pretty deep. This is not ALL staff but certainly some young ones who clearly are not meant to be in The field to care for children. Sadly also management not being more proactive to make sure teachers are more aware of the children's surroundings. These are only 2 incidents that I felt justifiable enough never to return. There were other incidents of my child constantly being bitten. My reason for writing this is because the staples incident occurred 4/4/2025 and today my son had a complete meltdown scared to return to a new daycare... still naming the child from kindercare who hurt him. I'm not blaming the child I'm blaming management for having people who don't care and for not being more involved in the classroom. When my husband returned the following Monday to retrieve our sons belongings the staff didn't even bat an eye and that's very sad to hear. The reviews you see here are from management office pushing to get reviews from both parents and staff. They aren't real reviews. I only know this because I was one of the parents who received those request in November/December. Due to the biting incidents it took me awhile to review. But after the hematoma I removed it. All bad reviews seem to have been deleted. I hope they do better... for the children's safety and for the parents who have to work and shouldn't have to worry about their children's safety.

Every single employee treats you and your child like family. They quickly become your village, rooting for your child every day. They are patient, welcoming, and comforting - a safety net if you will. You can tell this is so much more than a mere job to them. Their love and care for children radiates in everything they do. My son goes to the daycare happily in the morning. He has learned so much already, and the activities they provide are always age appropriate tailored to engage kids and develop their skills. I've been bringing them there since they were 3 days old and they were so encouraging to me as a first time mom with post-partum depression. Oh- the receptionists are soooooo sweet and helpful and truly do their best to get your child a timely appointment. The practice also has an emergency line and you can talk to a doctor after business hours. Oh and the entire office is super clean (and has been prior to covid). We love the school so much that I sucked it up for a full year and made two 24 mile round trips per day so my daughter could graduate there. We tried one of the large well known chains and there's no comparison. Busy Bee's small, family owned school made me feel like I was dropping my kids off with family.
