Giuliana is truly one of the best and most caring physical therapists -- they are incredibly lucky to have her. She is intentional with her individualized plan for patients and extremely knowledgeable, always taking the time to understand my specific needs and explain everything in full detail so I felt confident and at ease throughout my recovery. Giuliana worked with me step by step to get my hip healed and stronger, starting slow and gradually building my strength with dynamic, effective exercises. I never felt rushed, pushed too hard, or overlooked. It took some time but I've fully recovered and no longer have hip discomfort thanks to Giuliana. The entire team was always accommodating with scheduling, which made a huge difference with my crazy work schedule, and the facility itself is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. They also have great playlists to keep everyone motivated during their sessions. I'm so grateful for the care I received here. The rest of the staff is also wonderful - especially Bethany! Great, I'm out of inpatient and on my way to outpatient recovery. Upon arrival I was given the new patient info form to complete. I have a fair idea of the PT billing amounts to an insurance company. You automatically have certain expectations. First I notice that the form is: off center on copy paper, re copied enough times that there are copy marks and smudges everywhere. Move on dude. OK. The form is one page and crowded, two pages would have been nice. Oh here we go ... try fitting your address et.al. in these spaces. Good luck. Just a first impression. I am going to say that the room is depressing. I am then directed to one of the small office rooms to speak with a Therapist. The conversation was probably about why I was there. I don't remember specifically. I do clearly remember that a one point he said to me "I don't think I'm going to like you.". That erased all of the conversation before and after. As I rise to leave, he hands me a page of exercise diagrams that can be done at home. The same over copied, off center, streaked appearance as the first paper. One call to the Insurance Company cleared up everything, I failed to appear at my next appointment. From my very first interaction with Pediatric Potentials, I knew they would be the right provider for us. The director of the practice responded to my inquiry within 24 hours, and even called me back after business hours to discuss our availability and figure out the best appt times. She worked around our hectic work schedules and paired us with Melissa. Working with Melissa has been nothing short of life changing! Our daughter immediately warmed to her, and our sessions were challenging, but always positive. I am so grateful that Melissa was able to create a supporting and fun environment for our daughter, while also pushing her physically to overcome her challenges. Melissa also provided counsel and advice for us on how to advocate for our daughter with our Orthopedist so we could get to the best outcome. She answers question, explains what and why she's targeting points on the body and checks in with patients who are also receiving physical therapy in conjunction with her services. The open line of communication she has with the therapists to coordinate and plan treatment is excellent. She has a very pleasant demeanor, makes me feel relaxed and I am always in awe of how she diagnoses and treats symptom. Dr. Kim is an asset to that office and the only reason I go to that location.

What I also enjoyed was that she thoroughly explained every task and treatment along with the ultimate goal. She would even say "studies have shown...", which I appreciated! I cannot say enough about my experience at Kessler. While I did not work directly with the other therapists, my interactions with them were always positive. My experience with Allan Jauregui during my daughter's educational evaluation was extremely…read moredisappointing and deeply concerning. He was tasked with evaluating my 5 year old daughter for special education services and determining important educational supports, yet the evaluation process felt rushed, unprofessional, and lacking in basic objectivity. The actual interaction with my daughter lasted only a very brief amount of time, approximately five minutes, yet he later produced what was presented as a "comprehensive" evaluation report scoring her extremely low across multiple areas. What makes this especially troubling is that the report itself repeatedly acknowledges that my daughter did not meaningfully participate in much of the formal testing. Despite this, severe conclusions were still made about her abilities and functioning. As a parent, I also observed behavior and comments throughout the process that I perceived as dismissive, biased, and filled with microaggressions toward both myself and my child. Instead of taking the time to build rapport with a young child, the evaluation appeared to rely heavily on subjective assumptions and limited interaction. I do not know what Allan Jauregui's level of experience or training is when it comes to evaluating young children, but based on my experience, the process did not reflect someone who appeared adequately prepared to conduct a fair, thorough, and developmentally appropriate evaluation for a preschool aged child. The lack of patience, meaningful engagement, and balanced assessment was extremely concerning given the seriousness of making recommendations that can impact a child's educational future. Families deserve evaluators who are patient, professional, objective, and genuinely committed to understanding the whole child. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

But it is with a broken heart that I have to give this review because of the owners & their shameless behavior in the pursuit of their own self-preservation. If an apple is rotten at its core, it's only a matter of time before the rest begins to rot out as well. My child had been attending their full time ABA program here for three years until it abruptly came to an end after receiving a letter during dinner one night that was likely a product of ChatGPT from the owners Jennifer Moore & Naomi Sutton. In short, we learned that all services for my child (and several others) were being canceled and the last day would be in the next 29 days. It also included a list of other centers that were clearly just some results of a quick Google search. The letter directed us to direct all of our questions or concerns to their "patient care coordinator" who was wholly un-equipped and uninformed to respond to our concerns. She provided nothing more than her marching orders & delivered a scripted response. It was clear that the abrupt cut to so many of their kids was a result of larger business & insurance issues that had been in proliferation for MONTHS & they must have thought the parents were either too stupid or blind to notice. Further, several requests were made to speak with the owners and each and every one was INTENTIONALLY IGNORED AND DISMISSED. We are parents who place our blind trust and care in the hands of others and a request for something as simple as communication should be a given. So, to be repeatedly denied the opportunity to be heard is an alarming red flag for this establishment & there is no reason to believe we will be the last to have the same experience. So Madams, please consider this your open letter - families like mine are fragile & vulnerable & this life is riddled with people who repeatedly let your children down. And even then, few are as low as to discard your child like Sunday night's trash so you can "just get out of it as quick as we can." So count yourself amongst this despicable population because we will NEVER recover from this, but we are also here to remind you that we will never absolve you of your cowardice and shame.
