Thank you for a wonderful breakfast Karen for making food with love and I hope you stay cooking because we enjoy it so much

Literally just walked out of this place after waiting for 5 minutes for somebody to take our order. There has to be like 20 employees there. Just sad because we come here quite frequently. You get one star because I have to give one to post the review. read more

The service is pretty good despite the high traffic in the store. Prices are great and like any place food taste can vary depending on who is cooking. But overall not bad at all. read more

Of course you can't go wrong with ice cream right? But I love that they now have the Black for Sunday in a small size. A chocolate brownie in the bottom covered with all kinds of goodness you can't go wrong. read more

Love braums bag o burgers!!! Love Brahms ice cream. It is unbelievable that they serve ice cream cones, Sundays, different types of desserts, and they don't try and rip you off. I can take everybody for ice cream cones and even get a sundae with it and be less than $13. I've tried different types of their food items and they are really good, I love their fries. It's really cool this place doubles as a small grocery store also. You can get stuff here if you're on the road. You can get snacks like a high end convenient store. Just an all-around really neat place. They don't have them everywhere. They keep them within a certain distance of their manufacturing facility because everything is made fresh and they will only go so far. I just think they need to make another manufacturing facility further south in Texas so that they can reach further and I can get a Brahms in my hometown. read more

Quality of food preparation has gone way down from 2 years ago. I ordered their chili the last two times I visited and it was cold both times. I've had to ask them to heat it up both times, and it came back warm. Other branches are way better than the one in Melissa, TX. read more

horrible food can't listen to basic instructions absolute health hazard inside please avoid this location other braums are good read more

If you dare ask for ketchup packets at the drive-thru, prepare for an eye roll. The attitude was like giving out two packets was coming out of her paycheck. The audacity of not wanting to do your job. Do better. read more

Ice cream is great like always and kind customer service but I ordered the chicken tender meal and I was disappointed. The chicken pieces were small and it resembled frozen chicken nuggets from a bag. read more

I ordered the junior frozen yogurt cone, and I thought that it would have been bigger, i ate the ice cream in 8 bites. They should make ice cream worth their money. I'm never getting this at braums again read more

We use this location weekly to buy milk for our kids. We went in today/Valentine's Day to get some ice cream for the fam. We walked in about two minutes before 5:00. After walking up to the ice cream freezer/display we were ignored for about 90 seconds. This seems like an eternity when no one is in front of you and no one is in line. We then watched what appeared to be the manager talking to someone by the door. He never acknowledged us either. I assume he was the manager/shift leader. He was wearing headphones and jeans. Then he high-fived 3-4 employees that came walking in for the 5 PM shift. Then we watch them all go stand in the back for another minute. Then my wife noticed none of them wash their hands and they all just start walking around ready to serve food. My wife, whose family has been in the restaurant business for 40 years, was disgusted. After they did not have her chocolate almond ice cream, we decided to go across the parking lot to Jeremiah's. It's really too bad. We try to support this little restaurant but service here is always lacking. Sometimes we get some great kids at the counter doing the right thing. Unfortunately management doesn't seem to be on top of their game here. These employees should walk straight to the sink and wash their hands before coming online to work. read more

I began my first job at a Braum's 30+years ago and my kids started their first jobs at Braum's there as well. The food was so good and the Braum's sauce was better than ever back then. Not sure what they did to the braums sauce, but it is no longer ketchup, mustard and pickle juice like it used to be. It tastes like Caínes sauce with black pepper in it.....not good in my opinion. I am writing more because this is the 2nd time my husband and i have went there and their mixes were way less than mediocre. They made the wrong flavor first. When they remade it, it was about an inch from the top of the cup with no candies in the mix, just on top of the frozen yogurt that it should have been mixed in. The restaurant was not clean at all, and out of the 11 employees i saw, there was one young lady with braces trying to do her best to fix the mess ups, clean the lobby, bus the tables etc....... And she was still trying to see what she could do to help me when i was trying to get them to remake the mix they messed up. Never got it correct, but i appreciate her caring to help read more

Braums in Melissa COUNT YOUR DAYS!!! No words just look at this "chicken". There is no amount of customer service or friendly ambiance that can make up for someone letting this go out of the kitchen. I hope I get sick so I can sue read more

I dropped in to Braun's on 121 in Melissa late night. Ordered the junior burger combo- burger, fries and a small shake. Price was right but the food, not so much. Crinkle cut fries were old and tough. Burger was a mess the way it was built- all the garnish on one side. I had to rebuild it. It wasn't particularly hot either. The shake was good. read more

The employee(his name begins with an I)that was running the first window in the drive thru(where you pay)(04/20/24)needs guidance in customer service. He seemed to be in a bad mood and was taking it out on the drive thru window. Also very short with interacting with customers. read more

The food is average. It is fast food so you get what you expect. The ice cream is always good. Service is meh, real hit or miss. The issue is that this store is always dirty. It is sad to see how quickly it has declined. The bathrooms are filthy. The tables always have grease and food remnants. The floor is a slip-n-slide. And while today I bussed 4 tables just to help them out because I don't want to see them fail, there are 5 employees all just standing around behind the counter...with the manager onsite. read more

tried to give it another shot today bc i was really craving the california burger since i didn't get it last time. went thru the drive thru again at 1:30 ish... ordered and the young boy was super rude and his tone was awful. i knew already that this shit was going to be annoying yet again. i paid for my food then i open up my burger.. WELL WELL WELL ITS NOT THE CALIFORNIA BURGER YRT AGAIN. i hope yall get all new staff bc clearly they don't understand what is on the actual menu. i'm done wasting my money and ur lucky i didn't storm in there and request a full refund for both the meals i got in the recent days. i'm so done and i hope yall get shut down. i've been a server for 10 years, how do u mess this up??????? i should call inspectors and corporate to come in and shut yall down or make it better. Have u even seen the freezers??? yall are supposed to clean them out, i went in one time and got a gallon for my wife and kids, the whole thing had gooey ice cream all over it and the ice on the side was all built up. ice cream and muck on the glass doors, and the workers there don't clean anything... the grocery section is messy and has crumbs everywhere. that is not how those freezers should be. I'll come back in to take pictures one day when i am off and i'll show all of u. this place should have a F planted on that door. read more

It sucks when you cannot get the same freshness of food all the time. This specific time was horrible it's always the same guy at the window at night long hair and he has the dryest attitude no smile no how are you just here you go and if you ask for ketchup it seems like you are bothering him. I was on break this day and stopped at braums just to get old food with hair in the fries very disgusting it was bad enough that the fries were old if you are in a food business please put a hair net on I didn't even bother to go back in to tell anyone because I only have so many minutes on my lunch definitely will not be back read more

I've never dined in, always gone through the drive through. The food isn't special it's like any fast food joint. But it's decent. I do like going in to the market. The A2 milk is very good and it's nice to pop in a place and get the basics if you need. The ice cream selection is nice! And they always have deals on buying two. Nice to see Melissa getting more options in food. read more

First impression was with the General Manager, swung by to grab a quick breakfast burrito before heading onto my endeavors for the day, took care of business, great quality in all areas and he even went above and beyond to personally offer his availability for hiring if relevant, outstanding atmosphere, great all around vibe! read more

Went through the drive thru and pulled up to the first window. Zac so kindly greeted me with a smile and asked me how my day was. He took the payment and told me to have a nice day. Then I pulled up to the second window and Isaiah was there...he so rudely handed me my food and gave me attitude. I told him to smile and to have a good day but he rolled his eyes at me and shut the drive thru window in my face. I do NOT condone that behavior whatsoever and I will not be coming back to this location, thanks Isaiah. read more

Train your cooks & cashiers, please!! Customers: watch your order takers like a HAWK when they enter the order into the register. I ordered a $3.20 "large candy bar mix". They entered it as a "custom", and charged me almost $6. The "jazz" they play is too loud to have a conversation over. There are becoming fewer reasons to eat here, as Dairy Queen in Anna is only a mile from the house. *edit* They refunded my order because they don't know how to correct it. Thank you! read more

The dining area is consistently dirty. Stopped going there over a year ago because of this. Gave them another try and found it the same, dirty. If the front of the house looks like this, it scares me to think what the food prep area looks like. Let Corp know both times and received no follow up. Plenty of other food options near by read more

This place is definitely not a reflection of any other Braum's. Two out of three burgers were wrong, the attendant in drive through sounded annoyed just to be there & the pick up window was very dirty. Also, why are you having people drive forward to wait for fries when there is not another soul in the drive thru. Just go a few more exists to the one in McKinney, they never disappoint. At least the fries were hot. read more

Great service. Food is good. Like the menu and grocery options. Employees were nice appeared to understand their roles and well trained. Friendly service is not a given anymore and I got it here read more

The dining room is disgusting, the ketchup spouts look like they haven't been cleaned in a very long time and the food is no where near quality it used to be. So disappointing. read more

Braum's has great ice cream and burgers. It's perfect every time I go here. The chocolate chip shake is my favorite!

Very good ice cream and burgers with lots of options. However, if you get a sundae make sure to ask for extra toppings because they put the bare minimum. read more

I have to agree with everything "Jae" said. Perfectly stated. The cleanliness and fly issues seem to still exist. I hope they get it figured out. read more

Good food and shakes at a great price. Normally there are no cleanliness issues. However this location seems to have a problem controlling the flies in the dining area. They don't seem to keep up with cleaning the tables after customers leave. The food is consistently good and service is good most of the time. I would give this location 4 stars if it weren't for the cleanliness issue and flies in the dining room. We may have to use the drive thru if the dining room cleanliness doesn't improve. read more
