Everybody here was so incredibly kind and smiling and cheery. And most importantly.(just kidding., Not most important, but happily) they had peppermint ice cream!!! this trip would not have been complete without peppermint ice cream. they didn't have any in Oklahoma on the way here. And I didn't have a chance to get any while I was in Kansas. So I'm super excited about this stop. The restaurant was really clean and so was the parking lot. it's the typical Braums inside that you expect. The service was great. If you want to get some delicious food that you know will be fast and hot, you HAVE to come to Braums. Braums is a southern institution. Their burgers are DELICIOUS and never too heavy or greasy. I love the bacon cheeseburger! They also have THE BEST fries around. Salty, crispy, and CRINKLE -- heck yeah. I love their shakes (Oreo is my fave). Not to mention you can pop inside and buy tubs of ice cream to take home! There are adorable grocery stores in every Braums! Do your belly and soul a favor and stop by. read more

This place is AWFUL. The management is a joke. I overheard a manager named Vicky making fun of some employee for crying. Vicky needs to be fired. What kind of manager ridicules one of their employees for crying? Vicky is horrible. The food is sub par. It takes forever to get it and then it's cold. The place could be cleaner. The employees seem to trying to work hard while the managers stand around and watch them. 10/10 do not recommend. read more

This is one of my favorite places to eat while growing up. I still must stop whenever I am near one. This visit I tried the new Green Chile cheeseburger. When I unwrapped it, I couldn't believe how big it was. It had tomato, lettuce, mayo & pepper jack cheese along with the green chili sauce. It was surprisingly tangy and a little spicy. All the ingredients seems to glance each other out. My only alteration would be no mayo since you have the sauce. I ended up only eating half and getting a second meal out of it. You can't go wrong with their crinkle cut fries and a shake that is packed ice cream from the case. I would recommend chocolate almond, cookies n cream, or cappuccino chunk. read more

We do not have a Braun's where I live in Georgia, so it is always a treat when we travel and get to stop at one. Hands down the best fast food pancakes anywhere. Better than most restaurant pancakes period. We're there again this morning and they did not disappoint. read more

My family never stops going to this place. I didn't hear about this place actually until my wife told me about it. Just about every trip we decide to go on we go to the Braums. I had a lovely time here with my grandparents. The ice cream is always good. I got the yogurt ice cream with butterfinger in it, it was so good. Even my grandparents love this place. The always have these really cool deals going on as well where they do like a DOUBLE BACON BACON burger or avocado dinner etc. I think that is really cool. Also, what fast food places have their own little grocery store in their place. That mean, you know its real good ingredients. I can also be pretty picky when it comes to milk and I totally love their milk too. Plus healthy snacks that you can take on the road. read more

Extremely slow and painful service but the ice cream was good. I had to wait 12 minutes for a limeade which was enough time for me to finish my sundae. I'm guessing the older gentleman who took our order is relatively new because he needed help with every part of taking our order, handed me a hot fudge sundae instead of a hot caramel sundae so then had to remake it and then failed to make my limeade entirely. The manager noticed I was waiting on it and asked someone else to do it. More delay because she had to help the older gentleman again and then went to the drive through window. The manager pointed out that I still needed my limeade so she finally made it. We'll look for another Braums location next time we're traveling through. read more

Stopped at Braum's today (taking a break from our 2300 mike road trip) and I have to say NOT impressed. We have been to several Braum's in Oklahoma that we're really good but this one in Arkansas not so much. I ordered the jr. burger no cheese (I got cheese, had to have a new one made and feed the other one to my dog.. she loves cheese) I asked for lettuce to be added and they said no, it's only for the larger burgers. Seriously!?! I couldn't have lettuce on he Jr burger and I even offered to pay for it. The hamburger was good and would have been better with more ketchup and mustard and lettuce. I got sweet tea instead of the shake (big mistake there). The tea tasted old and was just plain gross. I should ask for a milkshake. The fries were barely warm as well. The place smelled funky and it needs to be scrubbed from top to bottom as well. The young man working the counter was as friendly as a rattle snake and could careless to help you (he's the one who said I couldn't have lettuce). The 2 young ladies I did talk to where friendly. Now I will have to say the chocolate milk shake my husband got (& shared with me) was pretty darn good. I hope whoever owns this Braum's will clean up their store and if someone ask for lettuce on the jr burger just do it! read more

Would give zero stars if I could. The staff is slow and very rude. The big big blonde whom I assume was manager on duty was very rude to the customers before and after me. She slammed down trays when handing orders and would not assist customers, only claim it wasn't her job. read more

The ice cream tastes okay. The staff however, particularly the dirty blonde general manager is extremely rude and needs an attitude adjustment. If part of her job description is rolling her eyes and talking down to her employees in front of her customers, then she's doing pretty good.
