I eat here once or twice a week. Always, fast and the food is delicious. I love their hamburgers and ice cream. This is also my go-to place for all dairy. You have to walk inside, but in my opinion, the milk is better and seems to last longer than the milk I get at the grocery store. The ice cream is the best. We went through the drive-thru. Ordered 2 burgers, one with just meat and cheese and the other with everything (lettuce, onions, pickles, meat, cheese) but specifically NO tomato. Instead, we were given 2 burgers with everything on them including tomatoes. Burgers were not wrapped entirely in the bag causing stuff inside to fall out which was incredibly inconvenient since we were in the car. Fries were okay. Ordered the limeade for my sister and it was incredibly tart and no sweetness whatsoever. Ketchup was not included in the bag which I found weird but I guess you have to ask for it these days. Braums had an issue on their end this morning running my card. I confirmed indeed that I had more than enough funds to cover the transaction and the manager loudly said my card was declined. I called my bank and they let me know it's an issue with Braums card reader because I had the exact same issue with Braums the day before. I called the manager to politely let him know it is in fact his card reader and he is in denial. I will not be back for the lack of competency in management. UPDATE: my English muffin and hash browns are ridiculously cold. I definitely will not be back. read more

First time coming here. Visiting from California and they did not disappoint at all! Ordered a chocolate frozen yogurt cone, banana split, chocolate ice cream fudge sundae, heath shake and chicken strips. Everything was so good. We had to wait for the chicken strips and the employees came to bring us everything and gave us a few extra chicken for making us wait because they had to make them fresh (we went about 10:30pm) We asked about the Braum sauce and they told us we had to try it and it was delicious! The chicken strips were so good and crunchy! I believe the employees were Zane and Logan and they were honestly super sweet and amazing! When I went to the counter the person asked for here or to go, I said I had two orders for here and two orders to go. He rolled his eyes and gave me a blank stare! I told him never mind I would just order the ones for here then after I eat I will make my orders to go I told him that way you won't be confused. He really wasn't friendly after that. The food was good but the floors were pretty dirty the drink station was in need of ice, The trash can where full and the ice cream station was nasty if you wanted to still have ice cream after you saw that then you wanted it pretty badly yuck. read more

Ordered with no issue, the line wasn't very long at all. Got to the window no one spoke to me, was handed my drinks again no one said anything, sat and waited for 10 minutes while watching the dining room order and get their food. Finally our order came out and she just stuck the bag out. I said hi is there a reason why the dining room is being served before the drive thru when we were here first she just shrugs and the asst. manager comes to the window and asks if there is a problem and I said kind of I'm confused why I sat here for 10 minutes with zero communication from your employee and I explain what I witnessed and his response was "this is his store he will run it the way he likes and I'm welcome to get an application and show them how it's done", he then proceeds to slam the window shut. Communication with your drive thru guests regardless of how "busy" you are should be a standard practice in the fast food restaurant business. read more

Run away! This is the worst Braum's I've ever been to! The cashier wasn't friendly by any means and the whole place was disgusting. Part of the floor was covered in trash behind the counter and the countertops were disgusting. We got our food fast. The Braum's sauce was warm and the gravy was cold. When I ordered a sundae he didn't wear gloves when making it and the glass by the ice cream and the shake station was covered in crud and was so gross. When he brought my sundae to the cashier he dropped it on the counter and it landed sideways on my ice cream. He laughed and was like I can make you another one if you want. It was a sticky over flowing mess. All in all really bad experience. read more

Going fo ice cream, ice cream boxes were so dirty it was hard to see what they had. The milkshake station mixers were so nasty no way would I get a shake or mix. Overall all of the ice cream workstations were nasty. Tables were dirty hard to find a clean one, girl started to clean but was too busy talking to employee taking a break and never finished cleaning. I love Braums, and so even though this was not my favorite Braums, I will still give it 5 stars because I am incredibly biased. The problems with it are: 1) Durant highway planners did a poor job and getting to the Braums and back onto the highway can be confusing. Particularly turning north to go south when getting back on. We went past the turn because our brains would not believe the sign. 2) The bathrooms were pretty gross. I think it's the design of these newer Braums, because I've been to two of them and they both had wet floors. read more

Pretty good but not something that will make you say "wow!". Better than McDonald's or Burger King. I think Wendy's and Whattaburger are better. Two red ripe tomato slices was a plus. Crinkle cut fries are pretty good and large selection of frozen treats are a plus. read more

Well...left an average review this last week. Since then I've had calls from the home office and the store. They obviously want to do better that they have been and I think that's great! I love Braums and always will. They shouldn't try to be McDonald's or Jack in the Box. They should take their time, be proud of their product and stop trying to be "fast food". Maby I was heard. I don't know why they dont wear gloves in this store. Multiple times I have see this and when u ask why they say only in the kitchen but the person that brought the food came from the corner of the kitchen didn't have gloves. Nobody here wears gloves and they do have gloves. This is sad. So I went to Freddys and everybody was wearing gloves and masks. read more

I typically love Braums and try to eat there every chance I get. However, my boyfriend and I stopped in here a few nights ago and we had a horrible experience from the time we walked in until we walked out! First off nobody would even acknowledge us and we were the only customers in line. The cashier had a serious look on her face the whole time and wouldn't even so much as grin. The food wasn't very hot. Fries were soggy. Floors were sticky. Tables wasn't clean. Oh yeah one other thing people constantly stared at us. I guess because we're not from their piss hole town. The managers are rude to their employees and customers. I would recommend that you don't go to this braums! They have poor quality in the food. Not properly cleaned they never do defrost like they are suppose to. above the ice cream in the creases has mold and they have roaches'. #never eat there!!!!
