Make a left and at the end is where you pay for the beer, grab the stein, rinse and get it filled. All done within 30 feet radius. You can retrace back and grab all the meats and such. Cash only! Outdoor area is huge. Tree leaves started to come out Mid April. Interior beer halls with plenty of seats. 100's people drinking pints and pints of beer. Men's room, designed to take care of all this. Beer was ok, food was ok, experience was ok. Did meet one of the workers offered to take photos. Nicer one at it! All spoke good English so communication was good.

I had the Pork knuckle which was a whole roasted pork knuckle with home-made dark beer sauce and potato dumpling. We also had the Crispy roast pork with home-made dark beer sauce and potato dumpling. Both were excellent and the beer was also quite good. I had their signature wheat beer and then an Oktoberfest beer (because why not) and really enjoyed it. We enjoyed beer and wine first and then we enjoyed several dishes that are in the pictures here. All were very good as most food in Munich at these restaurants is. Our server was very polite and she took our orders and suggested some items as well. Food came without too much delay and was very tasty. We stayed and enjoyed for at least 2 hours then back to the festivities once they cleared the bomb threat and started letting everyone back in. Since there were many of this, I'm pretty sure I tried a little of everything on the menu. It was all great. But to be sure, the menu is limited. There's a lovely garden-patio area outside the brewery that would have been fabulous on a sunny day. Our day was rainy. Maybe next time. Worth noting that the place is a little off the beaten track, but not a long walk the center of town. The kind of place we really love in that you have to know it's there to find it. We had a lovely time talking to the sales clerk in the brewery store downstairs (stop there for shirts, glassware, etc) about his eclectic beer can collection from all over the world.
