The staff however is very laid back but not without losing their professional service. Then there is the food: that's just amazing. The lobster was perfectly cooked and not dry (as I find often is the case). The meat was very tender and definitely worth the trip. The first positive sign was the simple fact that they were open at 10 in the morning in the middle of the week, as indicated by the super friendly server when I walked up and asked. I then ordered an appetizer and one of the gourmet coffees and was not only blown away by how well presented and made everything was but also they brought a chunk of fresh baguette with butter. I have occasion to be in this area about once a week and have traveled pretty much all of the cafés in the Square, and this one is overall top one or two. If you come here as a tourist and are looking for a place to eat the amount of café choices can be overwhelming, but come here first.
