Wonderful update castle in Dutch countryside. They have an excellent restaurant on site and 12…read morerooms themed after the months of the year. The staff is very hospitable and friendly. You can walk their gardens or enjoy a hot drink out on the grounds. The chef is very creative and the quality and presentation of their dishes is outstanding, even for European cuisine. Had scallops, lamb, liver pate, braised pork, Roast duck ... We usually opt for the chef's choice 2 course lunch menu $25 per person, which is a great deal for this place!
