I honestly cannot say enough great things about our dining experience - first visit was a group of 8 in the main dining, and it was so good 2 of us came back and ate at the bar a few nights later. Both dinners were exceptional. The raw oysters were amazing - we had a few "experts" from the US northeast claim they were better than anything thy had had in new england. The use of more darker colours would make the restaurant more cosy and more accessible for non-hotel guests. The staff is very helpfull and makes you feel like a real guest. We choose the Nebraska meat Tartar starter and for our main course the Nebraska meatball and the filet of Nebraska beef. Both the starter and the main course were of exceptional quality and taste. The tartar is prepared at your table so you can choose your own ingredients. As the portions were very big, can be a bit smaller for me, we had no room for dessert, unfortunately. But there will be a next time.. that is for sure. Also a tip, start with a pre dinner drink in the Capella Bar this is one of the best bars I have ever been. And then also after dinner end the evening in the bar with a cocktail and a cigar in the special created cigar lounge.

The staff was really excellent, but be warned they don't have an English menu and most of the staff did not speak English. They really did great though with everyone trying their best to communicate. We had a large diverse group and everyone really enjoyed all the dishes. I only took pics of the truffle pasta dish and the dessert, but I promise it was all good.
