Visiting the area from Seattle for my son's soccer game and came across this great cafe/bakery. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular. The cafe itself has a lovely and relaxed feel with cute decor and merch. The friendly staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and gave me great recommendations. I ended up walking out with a box of pastries and the best fall drink I've had anywhere. I think it was called a Dirty Pumpkin? If you like pumpkin drinks, I highly recommend. The pastries are also to die for. Whether you're passing through or live in the area, put this cafe on your list of places to stop. read more

Had the pleasure passing through Cosmopolis Washington today & spotted the Brass Hub Coffee bar. Needing a pick me up. Timing couldn't have been better. This bakery & coffee bar is outstanding! The entire staff was friendly & efficient, truly customer service focused! Our Barista nailed my double-shot cappuccino & my wife loved her chai latte. When you get the chance to see their pastry show case, the decisions will be many. We decided to split a blueberry/lemon danish. It was delicious, delicious, delicious. In talking to the co-owner. She mentioned they switch up their pastry selections, naming a few offered on different days. The cheesecake pastry, & almond pastry I would love to try. We'll be spending a week in Hoquiam next summer. My wife & I will definitely take the 15 minute or so drive south across the river to enjoy @ minimum a couple of mid-morning expresso & pasty outings! Well worth the drive for the quality, service & nice little coffee shop. I could only wish this bakery/coffee bar was in our hometown. read more

The Brass Hub is one of several independent Coffee houses around the harbor. They are all unique. What sets the Brass Hub apart is that they are also baking up some wonderful treats in-house. You can smell that wonderful aroma of fresh baked items as soon as you step inside. While their baked goods case is not large, it does have a good variety of items including some that are gluten free. My 12 oz Cappuccino was well balanced between the espresso, textured milk & micro foam. I could tell that the barista that prepared my drink took great pride in getting everything just right. The pistachio roll pastry was also quite good. Not overly sweet, it paired well with my cappuccino. The pistachio topping added a nice crunchy texture to the roll. read more

Absolutely Amazing! It's worth coming here for the coffee alone, but since we're here... coffee cake, apple cinnamon roll, cranberry white chocolate scone, and a peppermint brownie for later. On the savory side we got a bacon cheddar and a prosciutto and cheese roll. Beautiful space inside with board games for the kids and great music. If we lived here we would be here every weekend I think. Instead we'll just be making sure to stop in on every trip to the beaches or Olympias. read more

Brass Hub has the ambiance to help you slow down and treat yourself to some great drinks, and warm vibes. The staff is very welcoming, going out of their way to accommodate. It was so refreshing to just relax and take in the thoughtful decor, and the amazing menu of fresh-made treats. We indulged in scones, sweet rolls (Triple Berry AND Peach Cobbler), and the Baklava Cinnamon Rolls. This place nails all your dreams and desires for a good coffee shop. Atmosphere: adorable farmhouse feel. Barista and owner: both warm, welcoming and super friendly. Drink: one of the best I've ever had. Treats: all of them... yes please! Please do yourself a favor and go here... not just to the drive thru but sit down and relax inside. We all could use a good cup of coffee enjoyed in a chair and not our driver's seat. I asked for the special and the owner recommended Pistachio Almond White Coffee Breve, 2/4 things I've never had before (what is white coffee anyway?) And let me tell you... this drink is one to remember! So much pistachio-y goodness. Not in that fake-syrupy way (ahem... Starbucks) but in the way that if you're a pistachio fan then you will like this. Don't think about it anymore... just go. Treats? I tried the raspberry+lemon sweet roll, the blackberry mojito sweet roll, and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cookie (not a total serving of each but my family did wonder why there were bites out of theirs). Unique, true-to-their-names, fresh, beautiful... how there were any left at the end of the day blows my mind. I'm literally looking forward to meet new friends just to take them here. My friend and I stopped by here recently for some coffees after a hike - my coconut milk latte was perfect and the cinnamon bun middle monkey bread situation that I housed in about 30 seconds was so damn good. This Coffeebar & Bakery is a wonderful and welcoming place. I wish we could find a business like this in every town we visit! The pastries were excellent: scones, sweet rolls and coffee cakes. They had delicious flavor blends triple berries, pumpkin and wonderful seed mixes. We knew we were in the right place when we saw their Black Lives Matter banner, as we believe Human Rights are the most important issue in the world today. Bravo!
