They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! I called five days in advance to schedule a technician to come to my home and provide an estimate for either repairing or replacing my air-conditioning unit. On the day of the appointment, I was given a service window between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. After 11:00 AM had already passed, I received a text saying the technician was running late and would probably arrive around 1:00 PM. Then, at approximately 12:45 PM, I received a call from the company. The representative told me they were running behind and that the technician might arrive sometime after 1:00 PM, but there was still no guarantee. At that point, I was extremely disappointed. I had already waited five days for the appointment, then spent the entire morning waiting during the original four-hour window, followed by another two hours of delays, and they still could not give me a definite arrival time. I explained to the representative that the company should have contacted me around 9:00 or 10:00 AM if they already knew they were running significantly behind. At least then I could have made the decision to reschedule and not lose half of my day. Asking me to reschedule after I had already spent almost five hours waiting was not a reasonable solution. I told her that if the technician could not arrive by 1:00 PM, I would cancel the appointment and find another company--one that respected my time as a customer as much as they expect customers to respect theirs. Her response shocked me. She simply said, "That's fine, sir. You can cancel," and then hung up on me. About 20 minutes later, I received another call from someone else at the company, supposedly to apologize and see whether anything could be done. By then it was already after 1:00 PM, close to 1:30 PM, and I had already contacted another company. Unfortunately, the second conversation made the situation even worse. Instead of simply listening to my experience and apologizing, the representative told me she was going to listen to the recorded conversation because there "must have been something" said during the call. To me, that immediately felt as though my account of what happened was being questioned instead of taken seriously. I told her that if she did not trust what I was telling her, she should listen to the recorded call first and then contact me. Calling a disappointed customer supposedly to apologize while simultaneously questioning his version of events completely defeats the purpose of the call. The original scheduling delay was frustrating, but delays can happen in any service business. What ultimately caused Triton Air & Plumbing to lose my business was how the situation was handled afterward. Customer service is not only about showing up when everything goes according to plan. It is about communication, accountability, professionalism, and how you treat customers when something goes wrong. If you value your time and expect clear communication and professional customer service from the companies you hire, my experience with Triton Air & Plumbing would make me strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I had to tell the plumber how to do his job. He takes his screw driver and starts trying to push down on the drain and stabbing it. He says I have to go through the drain because of the p trap. My drain is free. I decide to double check his work and look at the pipes through my access panel. Lo and behold now I have a leak from his screw driver stabbings. He comes back and tells me this happened because it's old and illegal? WTF are you talking about? Everything was good until you Fd up. He wants to charge me 300 to replace the tub stopper and 1200 to replace the pipes in the leak he just caused!!!!! We are not in the same world. I told him no thank you! Do not use this company!!! They will cause you more problems, don't take accountability and will double charge you for their mistakes!!!
