He followed Dr. Safer's instructions, and had very good treatment from Dr. Safer and his staff. At one point they did not have an orthodontist for five months to see my kids then they canceled appointments repeatedly and never called back. claimed they put through paperwork with insurance but when we called insurance they never had.They've now moved in next-door with Amara dental and the same issues are happening. Their x-ray machine was broken one day asked us to come back the next day when it was fixed. We did that and then they told us we needed two different types of x-rays but the other machine was broken so we would have to come back again the next week.An appointment made three months ago and we show up at 9 AM on our day off and the orthodontist is not in and they claim to have tried to call us which they absolutely did not. If the insurance hadn't paid them completely already I would have switched orthodontists a long time ago! This office is a disaster

I have never in my life wrote a review on a business good or otherwise until today. It took over 40 years of my life to get here. This is the worst possible establishment you can take your kids to. They only care about taking your money, nothing else. My son has not seen the dentist since November 2023, we are in March now of 2024. He has braces. They have cancelled the appointment every month so far with an excuse every time and no back up dentists in the office to see him. They just make another appointment in another month and call you the same day to cancel. Every time. We paid for these braces already so they could care less! Do NOT take your kids here!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had nothing but aggravation with this place!!!

The staff at Cuozzo Orthodontics is outstanding. Every person there is competent, knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally, the office runs like a clock. You sign in and they are ready for you. You are in professional hands all the way. There was no pain. All gain. I'm really happy with my result but I'll miss going in there regularly. It took THREE times for my filling to be done correctly, and we're talking about in the span of only approx two months from getting the 1st one, not an extended period of time from the initial filling. To make matters worse, after being told I was not being billed for the 2nd and 3rd time I went in for them to fix it, I have repeatedly been receiving emails, texts, and bills in the mail since Summer of 2025 (it is now Spring 2026) saying that I do and threatening to put it in collections. Good luck getting a person to reply to you in either a timely manner or at all. Even when they do, the problem doesn't get corrected. I was more than understanding all of this time before coming to write this review, but at some point enough is enough. I do not recommend this practice at all.
