His braces were originally suppose to be on for approximately 26-28 months, but was fortunate to get them off in 23 months. He followed Dr. Safer's instructions, and had very good treatment from Dr. Safer and his staff. Dr. Safer took the time to explain in great detail what he was doing, and planning on doing to my son's teeth. They all seem very skilled, patient, and it's a very clean office. I highly recommend his services. Another note... there is another orthodontist in that location but my son was never seen by him.

However, as luck would have it, something broke off, and I had a wire digging into my gums... Can I tell you how NOT sexy that is when you are bleeding from your gums?? So I figured, I need to find an ortho and it should be a simple fix... How wrong I was... Nobody wanted to even look at my teeth, because "not the original Orthodontist who did the work..." I offered cash (who doesn't like cash these days??!!) and nobody would do it... Not scheduled to be home for another two weeks, I almost contemplated running to Lowe's, buying a pair of metal cutters (or a hammer) and snipping off the brackets myself... Enter, Dr. Chung... Can I tell you his bedside manner is EVEN better than my doctor back home?? He told me the difficulties that could persist, but would take a look and see what he could do... Not only did this guy contact my ortho, speak to him directly, get permission to view my file / x-rays, he fixed me right up... To top it off, he absolutely refused, REFUSED to accept any form of payment... Floored... I don't know what to say, except for the fact that beyond humbled by my experience here in Jersey... Side note... Cleanest office I have ever been in... I would contemplate eating off the floor if i dropped something... Some places the 5 second rule is not applicable... Not here... You can stretch it out to a 50 second rule... Thanks again, Doc... Seriously, I hope for nothing but the best for you and your practice...

Before meeting with Dr. Kapoor and Dr. Saggiss for a consultation. The technician, Tracy, took a 3D impression of my teeth. Afterwards, she took some panoramic X-rays of my mouth. During the consultation, when I met with Dr. Saggiss, they put the images up on screen as we reviewed the best procedure for my teeth. I respect the honesty of Dr. Saggiss's comments, and when I later met Dr. Kapoor, I knew this was the right place for my journey with braces. The office was immaculate, and the optometrists are very versed in their craft.
