I was in contact with Aimie many times over a two week period she advised me that my job would start on a Thursday at 6:30am, on Wednesday evening at approximately 9:45pm I received a call from Dom (the owner) who without just getting to the point that he wasn't coming made every excuse he could have as to why he didn't want to be doing my job. He started by explaining to me that the way that the inspector had advised me to have the holes dug is the wrong way and that he would not work with an inspector who did things this way. (I actually think he is just such a shorty worker that he didn't want to have to work around an inspector period) This man and his circus of clowns ruined my entire plan for my deck project as I have already had the wood delivered carried to my back yard and have planned for a inspector to have come to look at the project and for my tradesmen to come commence work on Saturday. I now am stuck to try to sort out this mess in the 11th hour as I have been screwed by this mans company. I called Jeff about my furnace not seeming to behave properly. That was on Thursday night. He…read moremade an appointment to come out on Saturday, and I took it because I figured he was probably really busy this time of year even though I thought it would cost extra (it didn't). He was prompt, pleasant and really seemed to know his stuff. His work was neat and clean, and he didn't try to sell me anything. The last HVAC person I had out here to look at my AC refused to even look at how it was behaving until he had forced me to listen to his sales spiel for a new unit several times, and then just took a quick look, said it was probably full of mice and left - and charged twice what Jeff did for his "work" when he did nothing. It had no mice either I was told later by someone who was a general handyperson and took the cover off to look inside. (Alert: don't ever rely on Google reviews) This is a guy you can trust to do the job properly and not make you have to sell your firstborn to afford it. Thanks Jeff!!
