Many times I have shopped around and their prices are always fair. They aren't discount pricing -- but let's face it, you can't get quality at discount prices (reliably) anyways. Board of Your Flooring, when I've used their installers, has done a great job. They've worked with me to install it myself too. I would not hesitate to deal with them again -- in fact, I'm in the process of dealing with them right now, which is why I saw their reviews. Board Of your Flooring promised me a great floor, and gladly took my money. My staff and myself have struggled to keep it looking as good as possible. During the winter we wash this terrible flooring as many times as 3 times per day. It is the worst possible flooring we could have and they never admitted that they did not install a commercial flooring as agreed to! A good honest Flooring Company or any other company should stand behind their word and their product.

We bought almost 500 sqare feet, installed it, tore it out, and threw it in the garbage...where it belongs. Owner was of no help and had no interest in addressing our concern.

How can someone work with them when they take advantage of customers time sensitive jobs. Instead of accepting my return, they told me to used wrong product in my flooring which nobody will notice. Do not recommend them at all.
