I recommended Mobile RV Service as I had seen them make other calls on our road. They contacted Bryan at 8 am and his wife took the call. Throughout the day, his wife kept them informed on the maintenance call process. The last call, she said he'd be there in 30 minutes and he arrived right on time! He had the air conditioner problem diagnosed in 15 minutes! Within 25 minutes of arriving, he had an estimate for a new one turnkey installed. Installed a metal oil pan and oil and told them it was "good to go". They stressed they had an 8-hour drive to Indiana and asked for them to do a 2nd driving test. They said it was "good to go". Pick up the car, get 30 minutes down the road and car breaks down leaking oil again. Take it to a place in Springfield, MO and they find there is a leak from the oil separator/PCV. Real through job by Branson Tire to just assume it was a plastic oil pan and not inspect anything further up the system. If you are traveling through Branson and have problems, don't count on this place, they know you are out of towners and just do enough to get you on your way and fatten their wallets.

However, this is a low pressure sale and I ended up getting what I think is a really fair deal. I waited a week before the review to make sure the after sale support was as good as the presale. My salesperson Jamie showed me Carfax and went through it. When I didn't know how to lock the axle and use the electronic sway bar they helped me figure it out. They were very helpful. The next morning I was contacted by Jamie as a follow up to make sure everything was ok. I had a problem with my headlights not being aligned and he offered for me to bring it in but I was able to adjust them myself. I wanted the title asa because I was leaving town and I received it ahead of when then they told me. That allowed me to get to the DMV and registered before I left town and they supplied me with all the paperwork I needed to make it easy at the DMV. I feel really comfortable if I had to go back there with an issue.

However, fast forward 9 months to today -- the cab ceiling where the repairs were done is now leaking through the tail light. I brought it back in for review, assuming they would take responsibility since they were the last ones to work on that area. Instead, I was told the part was simply "worn" and that they had just removed and reinstalled it. That explanation doesn't make sense -- if the part was "worn" now, why wasn't it considered worn when it was reinstalled during the original repair months earlier? This is a minor issue -- just a small inexpensive part and a few screws -- but the principle matters. I expected the shop to stand behind its work, especially given I have little doubt the insurance company paid well for the repair. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it's warranted. I won't be returning for future repairs and will definitely share this experience with others as well as my insurance company.
