Dr. Fisher is simply fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. We get very personal attention and there is obviously genuine care and concern. The religious theme suggested by their name is in no way overt in the office or in any interactions with the staff. Simply kind, capable people doing a great job. We have always been treated with kindness and professionalism by everyone on staff. The previous reviewer is clearly affected in some way. Perhaps Misty should not be "aloud" to post reviews. Well I obviously was wrong, I went to have some paperwork filled out for my children to attend camp, when I went in the nurse at the desk was Sydney she was VERY rude and unprofessional and should not be aloud to deal with patients, so I called and complained to the Practice Manager who of course took her side and lied and claimed that other people were in the office and claims that I raised my voice to her, which was absolute nonsense. I have had two bad experience with Pruitt owned facilities, and I was not about to let her stay in one of those ever again! This place exceeded my expectations. I found the staff to be very caring and compassionate, and they always kept me in the loop. But the most important thing is that my mother loved living there. She developed wonderful friendships, and I knew I didn't have to worry about her. I love this place so much and the people that I am volunteering now. Always ask - how many aids are on staff at any time. Memory care unit frequently had only one aid for the whole group. Someone from our family was there at a minimum of 2 times a day - this review does not come from casual observations. Many of the aids were excellent even given the challenges of low staffing - the administration rarely followed through on requests or getting back to us on questions.
