I would never recommend this company. Manuel Feliciano performed fiberglass refinishing work on my…read morepool without the required contractor's license. The work caused my fiberglass pool to fail and "pop," resulting in catastrophic damage. Although he initially agreed to reimburse me through small installment payments, he stopped making payments before repaying what he owed. I ultimately had to spend more than three times the original cost to have the pool properly repaired by a qualified contractor. Afterward, he claimed he had moved to Spain, making it even more difficult to recover my losses. My experience was costly, stressful, and extremely disappointing. I encourage anyone considering hiring this company to thoroughly verify licensing and do their research first.

I had another leak company come out and repair the crack, told them it was going to be recoated in the spring and got their nod of approval. communicated in Feb. 2026 with Mr. Feliciano and he agreed to come out in the beginning of March and redo that crack and a couple of other minor spots. after quite a few emails and certified letter, I have never heard from him again. so much for a 10 year prorated warranty. which was one of the big selling features as to why I chose him to resurface my pool.

We selected Premier Pools & Spas Fort Myers for our pool project and have been extremely…read moredisappointed with our experience. Our project remains incomplete, and we have experienced significant delays, poor communication, and concerns regarding workmanship. Over the course of this project, I have made multiple attempts to contact management, including Steve Mileski and Zach Zervaski, but my calls and messages have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating and has made resolving issues very difficult. I am still hoping for a resolution and have requested contact from ownership or corporate management. Unfortunately, based on our experience so far, I cannot recommend the Fort Myers office. I will gladly update this review if Premier Pools & Spas takes meaningful steps to address these concerns.
