I gave explicit instructions WHICH THEY WROTE DOWN. I arrive to pick it up, and they engraved it ON THE WRONG SIDE (in other words, upside down). The owner looked at it, "yep, it's wrong. No charge." The cost was a whopping $26. They even lied about searching the website on where the engraving should go. When I returned with all my receipts--the owner himself threw $250 at me and said "we aren't ordering a new one." He was pissed. Spread the word, not a good place to take anything for engraving.

I leave, and they never call me about them being ready. I call back the next day and they are indeed ready so I picked them up. So they get the job done, but I couldn't believe what an awkward interaction it had to be.. it's like she was going out of her way to NOT do customer service.
