The price is $1.00 per pound of propane. My 30 lb tank cost just $30.00. I show up with my tank(s) and they come out and fill it/ them up with no problem. I definitely will continue to use them. read more

I was actually hung up on when I called back to tell the man "Toot" or whatever his name was, about another propane company. I got my name out and he said.." I just spoke to you,I can't help you"! Concho Propane was a life saver! I am a renter new to using propane for a home and the routine of checking the propane levels. I unfortunately ran out of propane at the worst time on a Friday evening near time that most companies close. The company I used at the time would not come out to fill the tank til Monday so that meant no hot water or heat for my boys and I until Monday. With a cold front moving in I was desperate so I called concho propane. Toot was an absolute blessing! He came out checked everything that evening and made sure we were taken care of the following morning. He had excellent customer service and was so courteous to us. He did not have to go out of his way to help us but he did! I would rather pay more for great service then less and poor service. read more

Concho Propane has always provided prompt and courteous service. Recently, when I worried about an unpleasant odor in my home, Concho Propane quickly scheduled an inspection of our propane tank and appliances. Thankfully, no leak was found, but the employee from Concho Propane could not have been more thorough, courteous, and understanding. They have provided us with good service since 2015, and, after this recent occurrence, I appreciate them more than ever! read more
