Called several places, no one could come for 4 days. Daytime highs were in the 95 range. Left a message with Joe, he called back within 30 minutes. Was finishing up another Job in Windsor. Came to my place next (in Erie), saw what needed replacing. He went to Lowes down the street, came back and replaced the main AC breaker with an up to code GCFI breaker, and replaced the AC Breaker box with a disconnect as a breaker there is really not needed. Very reasonable price. Fixed within 2 hours of call. Joe was very personable and easy to talk to. Answered all my questions. Would highly recommend!

They reluctantly said Jay would be out - someone else came in his place - said Jay had retired. This second person (cost $182) contacted Warm Zone (brand of heated walkway) and they decided it must be a short somewhere. Okay, I was supposed to find a place under the flagstone that looked like the sand was disturbed from a short. After multiple calls, I finally was able to pin them down to within six feet of the end of the coil and removed the flagstone & took a picture and sent it - no response. I called and was told they couldn't make anything out - I called SJ Ward Landscape. Steve came out, sent me a person that was familiar with heated walkways, Guess what, NO SHORT, defective wiring at installation - within minutes the heat was back on. Bad, bad work by Jay, An Electrician!

I like knowing they have our house history, they have established a relationship with me over the years and I know that when they offer me options its not to just get all they can - there is a purposeful reason.
