For a premium tea experience, I expected more variety, better portions, and higher-quality pastries. Honestly, I've had much better afternoon tea experiences elsewhere for less money. The pastries were underwhelming, you can honestly get better baked goods at Publix. I guess because it's located in Naples, they feel justified charging premium prices for mediocre quality. Brambles is a very cute (and might I say posh) tea room nestled in between the many stores and restaurants on 5th Avenue. The interior is decorated with an older vibe, almost like you're visiting an older British lady's home. The service was quick and attentive. My family visited on Mother's Day, which they made very special by passing out rose pins for all the moms in attendance. The food was alright. The scones were harder than I would've preferred but the clotted cream and jam was delicious. Sandwiches were alright but the bread was stale. Sweets on the top of the three-tier platter were very rich and surprisingly delicious. The tea itself was very good, especially the blueberry tea. A very good and diverse set of tea selections are offered including organic tea. Just wow! Upon walking into the seating area, I felt like I was back at my high tea in London! The decor was feminine and vintage. My friends and I each ordered the afternoon high tea special for $35 a person, which gave us a pot of tea each, finger sandwiches (4 types), mini desserts (assorted) and a huge scone (raisin or blueberry). The food was delicious and filling. Our server was knowledgeable of teas and friendly. It is a small seating room, so I would recommend reservations. I really like bringing guests here for a fun English high tea experience. Unfortunately my last experience there was quite negative because they didn't have my reservation . My guest was turning 85 and she was so excited. I dropped her off and tried to find parking (Spring Break, not their fault), but after running back to the restaurant, she was standing there and told me we weren't on the list. I spoke to the gentleman and told him I spoke to him on the phone while making the reservation. He wasn't rude, but wasn't helpful either. We eventually sat down outdoors in the sun on a hot day. I love a good cup of tea and scone so my mother, sister and I decided to try Brambles high tea today. It did not disappoint! Sister and I started with a mimosa which was very good, chilled perfectly and just the right amount of orange juice. We all got the full tea which came with a warm scone, finger sandwiches, tea and pastries. We all chose the scone of the day (banana walnut) which was served warm with honey butter and strawberry preserves. The finger sandwiches were fresh and delicious. I chose the earl grey lavender tea and my sister got the butterscotch toffee. Tea is served in a personal size pot and easily fills three cups. Just enough to enjoy throughout the meal. My mother was even able to have her own pot of coffee instead of tea. If you like tea or scones or finger sandwiches then you must visit Brambles! Having gone to the ritz tea for comparison recently, I would say that both the environment, quality of the food and service are superb at Brambles. It's clearly a cozier atmosphere. I had the shepherds pie and I love how it's piping hot inside and the flavor is on point. The salad also goes well with the dish. I split one of the scone and the Devonshire cream/strawberry preserve combination is amazing. The atmosphere is so British, the waitresses were absolutely focused on ensuring that our party was pleased and the tea and sandwiches were divine. I asked an employee if masks were required in the store and she said no. I promptly left. I felt the store had little regard for the health and safety of its customers and was ignoring a mask mandate by the City of Naples. read more

I've had this place bookmarked for a while now, so when my daughter and I had some extra time over Spring Break, we decided to check this place out. Being a huge tea lover, I immediately fell in love with not only the idea of an old English tea room, but that they also have a gift shop that sells teacups and tea! There were a few tables outside, but of course they were already taken, so we sat indoors. Inside it looks like my great grandmothers sitting room- very quaint and homey with flowered wallpaper. The menu had a variety of items for lunch, but we decided on the best seller which consisted of a pot of tea (we chose Royal Wedding), scones with jam and clotted cream, fresh strawberries, cucumber, ham and turkey finger sandwiches and pastries. We were not sure if it would be enough, but we actually couldn't finish it all. The tea was just lovely, the sandwiches where alright, as well as the pastries. I only wish the pastries were fresh- they were sweating, so it was obvious they were frozen before. Our server was very friendly and busy. There were two little girl birthday parties, so I'm thinking a better time to come here would not be a Saturday at noon. What was I thinking? :p All in all, I think the atmosphere was very nice and relaxing- and fun! :) come in for a unique experience or to celebrate a birthday. My daughter really enjoyed it as well. I came here with my parents on a Saturday afternoon to enjoy lunch and some tea. The entry way is beautiful with plants in the alley and the interior is definitely like and old English house. The decorations are very florally with frills and is very cute. The servers were quick to seat us and then provide any input on foods as well as teas. The menu was pretty big and had a lot of options. The tea sandwiches were tasty as well as the salad. The pots of tea were also flavorful. I had the champagne tea experience with a friend. I have many afternoon teas at various levels of fancy. This is NOT at all fancy, like has sugar packets for the sugar, unmatched tea sets- not fancy. But the room is cute and the food is AMAZING sandwiches & desserts were top notch! I brought my infant and the server was so wonderful to him which was more than gracious given the fact that I really shouldn't have brought a baby to afternoon tea. My complaints: the server just dropped the tea stand without explaining the sandwiches, the scones were not served traditionally and we had to cut the dessert ourselves.
