She even learned 2 new songs for us to play at our wedding ceremony that held a special place in our hearts. She was eager to learn them and was so kind about answering all of our questions prior to the wedding. Our wedding day had unexpected rain but Sophie made the experience less stressful. All of our guests loved her music!! We felt live music makes a wedding so much more intimate and Sophie certainly did a wonderful job. She is easy to communicate with, she worked well with us and our venue and is an incredibly talented, kind person. Unlike many other musicians we reached out to for our wedding she has no hidden fees. She is upfront about her pricing and doesn't nickel and dime you with set up and takedown fees. It's nice to work with an honest person who is upfront about what they charge so you can properly budget for your wedding or event. She is timely and arrived with plenty of time to set up for our ceremony and had a game plan with us due to the rain. We are so thankful we had Sophie there to make our wedding day even more special!

The stars aligned as we roamed around Solana Beach like "locals acting like tourists" as I say. We're N SD peeps & honestly there is always something to explore. In between coffee cafes and consignment shops Cedros Art district is literally right up my alley. I just love the arts whether it's live music, photography, paintings, and/or you name it! We were warmly greeted by Anna & Ethan himself. Birds of a feather ~~ as I too dabble as an artist. He's hosts several events too! I'd like to return for one of those in person events. Once upon a time we joined one of his virtual "paint and sip" parties~~ via zoom at home. That was a lot of fun but now that pandemic has eased up on us we can interact in person again. If you appreciate the arts I'd highly suggest that you go and check out his works too! It took me a hot minute..but am so glad we finally made it! Now I'm inspired to get out my canvases and splatters some paint on them!!!

Both times he made sure to determine the scope of work and lay out an expected budget.
