When I received my vehicle back, I was totally shocked, my BMW wheels were changed to damaged wheels. I had to get one of my steel wheel replaced, the cover for the wheels and oil changed. All of that was done in less than 45 minutes. The job was done we'll. Then when I pointed out to him that I was fully aware of why he wanted the price and that as a professional he did not need to know what they were charging in order to advise me of if he could do the job and the cost, he told me he would go to the dealership and assess the car and give me a call. After 3 more days, we are now clearly at almost a week, I called and texted, and no reply. Finally, after reaching him, he told me he couldn't do it without any explanation as to why. Oh - I forgot the one day that I spoke with him early on when he threw a tantrum telling me "He has a million things to do." What people do not realize is that you may be good or even great at fixing BMWs. however, there are many other mechanics just as great. Service goes a long way. In addition, trying to take advantage of WOMEN is not cool. Would you have pressured a man for the cost that BMW had quoted? I don't think so.
