Eric immediately understood what I was looking for with both the academics and also the personality of the tutor. Truthfully, my daughter was not really excited about starting tutoring, but after working with her tutor for the first time she actually looks forward to it now. She has gotten so much out of it that her classmates now look to her to help explain difficult problems. Not only did my son's grades improve, but they also lit a spark in him that has changed his whole attitude. He's more studious, more confident, and more motivated. Before we went to these guys we tried Kumon and Sylvian Learning, but we would still struggle to see any sort of improvement. I was so frustrated I can't tell you what it's like to be a parent and watch your child struggle. Since he's been going here, I feel like it's been a mental block that's been lifted off his head. It's like they finally made things click and now he's got it. I made one phone call, and they were able to send a tutor to the house one day later. The tutor gave him two different tests and they put together tutorials based on what he needed help in the most. After the tutor is done tutoring I get a text reminder to review her and I always get feedback from their office asking about how my son is doing in school. This is good. I gave them the email address of the Algebra teacher and I just like how they go above and beyond to make sure that my son is doing his best.
