They arrived on time and immediately began to take apart my old heater, while their coworker went to get the new one. They did an excellent job installing the new water heater and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They also took the old water heater with them, so I don't have to bother with finding a way to dispose of it myself. The fee was reasonable, carefully itemized every amount, on my statement. Paul and Cindy installed our new high efficiency furnace an air conditioner little over two years…read moreago. Paul actually recommended the unit he installed and was close to the one we had researched. The install took most of the day and Paul made sure we were familiar with the unit before he left. The unit has been great for the last two and some years only needing repair when mice decided to move into the control center of the outdoor unit. Each of the two times that a mouse had eaten off the insulation of a wire and shorted the unit out I called Cindy and asked if Paul could make it by to repair the unit. Paul was out on an install that morning but she said he would make it by the end of the day. Paul made it at 11:00 PM and had out unit up and running before another hit and humid day in Chicagoland. This is the worst customer service that I've ever seen. Their motto is to get customers and keep…read more'Em. That's sure not how they treated me. In May of 2023 I called out because my AC unit was not working. He came out here and tested and assured me that the coil in line was fine. I needed to replace my outside unit I paid him to do that 2 months later it was out of freon, and then he charged me again to replace the freon. By the end of summer he had to come back out again because it wasn't working and told me that the coil in line was bad. Then he told me he was laid up and could not do the work. I called back in the spring and the secretary assured me that they would take care of the problem. He came back out may of this year took one look at my crawl space and basically told me to go pound sand I have to find somebody else to do the job. So in conclusion he sold me a unit that I did not need and then would not complete the job from my experiences. I would not recommend these folks for anybody out of a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate them a negative 10 Also, my original unit was only 6 years old and of course he took that.
