Kevin knew exactly what was wrong, and told me what to do. He said if I was to do the work it there was no charge, but if he had to put his tool belt on he would charge. I did what he told me as he watched over me and also helped. Kevin did not charge me, but I wanted to give him some money for gas. If it wasn't for Kevin I probably would of had a foot of water in my basement during the 3/31 storms. The next time I need plumbing work done, Kevin is my go to plumber.

Contacted them for a simple running toilet; the tech's solution was a complete toilet "rebuild" ($600) or new toilet ($1100) because he could not figure out the problem!
