Kevin knew exactly what was wrong, and told me what to do. He said if I was to do the work it there was no charge, but if he had to put his tool belt on he would charge. I did what he told me as he watched over me and also helped. Kevin did not charge me, but I wanted to give him some money for gas. "But this water heater is top of the line!" We didn't NEED top of the line - just a damned water heater that would serve it's purpose. My husband told them to leave. I called Plumbing Express to get hold of this Phil person, who obviously underquoted the job. "He'll call you back in a few minutes". AN HOUR PASSES. I call again. Now, I'm angry (and rightfully so).
