I called them on a Sunday night and they were there bright and early on Sunday morning. The young plumber was so professional and punctual, he found the issue and fixed the problem within a half hour. He was in and out and the cost was way lower than I had expected. There was no doubt I as using then the next time I had an issue when my upstairs bathtub leaked below through the ceiling into the downstairs bathtub. I will start by stating that my review may be skewed as a result of paying a second time for labor…read moreas a result of my AO Smith water heater failing in less than 5 years. And if $400 per hour is reasonable for you, then these guys are a great choice. I just felt the rate was extremely high @ $1200 for 3 hours of labor. I was in a rush so hunting for service was not part of my plan. I thought $175 per hour for having my sprinkler system serviced earlier in the week was crazy until I found my water heater leaking on Wednesday LOL! The positives are; Received a visit next day at 11a Replacement water heater was installed by 3p same day Area was cleaned and no other issues related to hauling out old or new into house The cons; Expensive charge for using credit card Not BD issue, but warranty does not reset (but that's a different review for AO Smith) Hopefully you find this review helpful and by visiting this site you are more prepared than I was and have some time to research your options. Good Luck!
