Delali has gifted hands. Yesterday, I went to BQN for the second time, and I am so happy to have found her business. The first time I went to BQN the experience was like hanging out with girlfriends. Between the braiders and the ladies getting their hair braided, we were all engaged in conversations with each other. I left there with beautiful kinky twist, recommendation for restaurants to try, places to buy beauty supplies closer to where I live, and a braiders that o vowed to patronize again. Yesterday, it was just Delali and I, but I again left feeling like I'd hung out with a girlfriend. Great job on my Senegalese twists! Lasted 4+weeks, could have gone longer but due to flaky scalp (pre-existing issue) I had to remove for a wash. So many wonderful compliments! I came to Delali after searching on style seat for a reasonably priced hair stylist for the goddess locs. I emailed her, and she instantly emailed me back. And this was later in the even around 12 am. She made the booking process so easy and also text a confirmation. She works fast and neat and makes sure you are happy with your hair. I decided to wait until I took my hair down to give my review. It's a good thing I did. Had I done it before it would have been 5 Stars. I came to her for crochet braids. I bought freetress water wave hair. I was a little apprehensive while she was putting in the hair because I smelled glue. When I asked her about it she said she puts it on the knots to make sure they are secure so the hair doesn't come loose. She said it's not going on my hair. When she finished it was beautiful! Looked so natural. Fast forward to taking it down and guess what! That's right. Nail glue in my hair. I haven't finished taking it all down. Praying I don't find anymore. I'm so upset! read more
