The stylist told me she had to reschedule my appointment literally while I was driving from Charlotte, NC to atl. If I wouldn't have text her I wouldn't have known. She says she made a post on Instagram but if I have a scheduled appointment with you why wouldn't you call? Communicating via Instagram and not directly is just unprofessional. The stylist then proceeds to find me another stylist (due to her not being in town) who braided my hair bulky, cut my closure too short, & didn't even bother to lay my hair down in the front. I was in atl for a 3 day even for my job which required me to take a lot of pictures and I couldn't even look presentable. To top it off I shipped my hair to the stylist Tuesday because she said it needed to be there 3 days in advance and she didn't even touch the package. I paid money for shipping for what? She wasted my time & money but also she just left me feeling stupid and ugly. I literally struggle with my hair and for them to not care about making women feel good is just mind blowing. You should treat EVERYONE with respect & give your clients good service especially if it's their first time coming to you. I'm stuck with this hair unless I want to pay someone else to do it but we all know stylist don't like touching up on other people's work. I don't recommend this place to anyone & I just hope they understand how much this really hurt me. All women deserve to treat themselves and feel good.

She got nasty and rude and stopped doing my hair and didn't fix the issue or my closure that she RUINED by over bleaching. I still paid her and even tipped her just to be the bigger person and because she was a child.... she takes my money, tries to charge my card AFTER taking my cash, and then has her mother call me and threaten my life and talking ghetto and nasty. Do not deal with them. Work isn't great, price is way too much for the crappy service, and they are ghetto, rude, and just nasty.

I asked for medium size braids and the parts were smaller and braids were literally the size of a straw. My hair looked extremely boneless and stiff. I took it out 5 days after getting it done. Completely unprofessional and unapologetic about their service. Save your money and go somewhere else.
