I was in atl for a 3 day even for my job which required me to take a lot of pictures and I couldn't even look presentable. To top it off I shipped my hair to the stylist Tuesday because she said it needed to be there 3 days in advance and she didn't even touch the package. I paid money for shipping for what? She wasted my time & money but also she just left me feeling stupid and ugly. I literally struggle with my hair and for them to not care about making women feel good is just mind blowing. You should treat EVERYONE with respect & give your clients good service especially if it's their first time coming to you. I'm stuck with this hair unless I want to pay someone else to do it but we all know stylist don't like touching up on other people's work. I also don't understand why she just couldn't inform me from the start that they were running out of hair as I could've went to the beauty supply store before she started to get the color I wanted initially. Overall my hair looks nice but I am concerned about how long they will last as the lady who braided my hair braided my hair up to 6 rotations before adding additional hair. My daughter braid service started at 12pm on that date and did not end until 11:30pm that night. My daughter was getting knotless. My daughter asked them to correct the braids in the back because they were uneven from the front. The front braids were small and the back was medium. I had to send for my daughter by a relative close in the area to go up to the shop to advocate more on her behalf because she is19 and obviously they knew how to be dismissive. It took over 10 hours for them to do knotless. Needless to say there was a deduction in money they received on our end. The style was finished at 11:30 pm with an apology issued after being confronted by the relative. Its not acceptable especially when they want to charge high prices and short change customers on braiding quality. Time is valuable just like money. I encourage you to reconsider where you invest your dollars. As a parent, it didnt sit well with me nor my child even if she is an adult.
