She has the perfect setup for young children, asking what my child would most like to watch on TV and checking in before providing a snack too. This helped keep them distracted and happy during the haircut. Miss Nikki is very skilled, has a very welcoming and bright demeanour, and is super efficient. My child's hair looks great. When hair starts getting stuck when trying to tuck in your shirt in your pants, you know it's long! I've always relied on Pigtails and Crewcuts wherever we are stationed since my kids were small. It's a little pricey for a haircut that lasts no more than 15 minutes but the shops are well designed to provide distractions for the much needed service, so to me, it's worth the extra coin. Colors, mini vehicle seats (although my kids have outgrown these now), treasure chest, animal crackers (pre-Covid) and lollipops. Through the eyes of the young 'uns, what's not to love? I called the shop to see how they were proceeding during these times. The woman on the phone said that they do not take walk-ins and everyone had to make an appointment online which was a breeze. I read the reviews prior to booking and decided to go with Lindsey. So glad I did! It also worked out well, because Lindsey was the only one with back to back appointments available on a Saturday morning. We showed up promptly for the appointments and she was ready to go! She was super sweet and so good with the kids and gave them a fresh cut. She also made sure to check in with me every so often to make sure that is what I wanted. She even gave them French braid pigtails that would probably take me hours to do, all within a 15 minute time frame for each kid. The haircut also comes with a complimentary hair pin of the child's choice. Thanks to Lindsey, we'll see you at the next appointment, hopefully, not in 2 years!
