After quickly assessing the damage, he presented me with two options: rebuild and reseal the current trap or outright replace it. Since the former was the cheaper option and had a pretty good chance of ameliorating the leak, I opted for the rebuild and reseal. Total price for the job: $140. All things considered, this business is very affordable and prompt. Their response time is ultimately what led me to elect them for my plumbing repairs.
