For the first time since moving to the Atlanta area (Acworth 4 years ago), Aaron (Bradshaw driver) showed up within 30 minutes of me calling AAA. Aaron attempted to put our Tahoe in the driveway, but couldn't due to the incline. After dropping it in front of our house, I started calling different tow companies to back our Tahoe in our driveway, but none was available. After multiple calls, I decided to call Bradshaw Towing. I woke to my car having a flat tire. I was frazzled and stressed. Kay H helped me over the phone and was at my house in under 30 minutes to help me. My keyboard failed to unlock my door, so I called Hyundai. They said they'd send help; it would be about 1 hr 15 min. wait. However, Mr. K. Hill came in about 45 minutes which was great. He didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing how to remove the part of the door handle so I could use my emergency key. He then went ahead and jumped the battery - twice, just to make sure it was working. He instructed me on how to run my errands without losing battery power.
