The police did not in fact search the vehicle before the tow. Items from the bed were missing; cash from a wallet, a welder, all snap on tools and an impact gun. There are NO cameras, I talked to a lady on the phone Monday and she told me there was 1 camera on the property, which was a lie. Also, drivers refused to show CDL licensing when asked so who knows if they are certified. I talked to one guy from e&e on the phone told me the last pick up time for vehicles was 4pm, my husband called an hour later and he was told 3pm and if it's after it's $100 gate fee ‍ Also, they only take cash! So be prepared. we didn't know until it was time to pay. Hopefully they are doing their taxes properly but that's none of my business They may be good for a quick tow but other than that do not trust them with your vehicle

However, if you consider yourselves professional repair specialists, I doubt even you would be satisfied with the current level of exterior repair. I understand and accept the use of used parts, but using damaged used parts and taping them together as a temporary fix cannot be considered proper repair work. The more I think about it, the more I feel that your repair service was unacceptable. I am not satisfied with the work done, and I would like to request a refund for the incomplete and improper repair.

Filing a full insurance claim felt shortsighted, and going for a complete factory-level repair didn't make sense financially for a vehicle I was about to let go. I reached out to Plan B Collision, and Steve and his outstanding team stepped up in a big way. They worked with me to develop a smart, custom solution that perfectly fit my situation, and the results far exceeded my expectations. The car looks almost like it was, but at a fraction of what a full repair would have cost. Many shops would have turned down a job like this because it wasn't the biggest payout, but Steve and his crew treated me like a priority customer the entire time (even when I was openly trying to be budget-conscious ). Their creativity, skill, and genuine care made all the difference. I'm incredibly impressed with the quality and would 100% bring any future repair--big or small--straight to Plan B without hesitation. Here's hoping I don't need to, but if I do, I know exactly where I'm going. Thank you, Steve and the entire Plan B team!
