He left a fan to dry out the area. He will return to replace the base. The terrible smell has abated and by end of week we should have a dry functioning cabinet base. When I called Josh, he had no idea, nor did he follow up with me which would have been a great personal touch! He was in the loop because I kept him there. We had food perish as we had no refrigerator for almost three days. I used the warranty to replace around $63 of food. When we received payment , Jetsons refunded the warranty amount which leads me to believe we no longer have an extended warranty, ha! I'm cool with that because honestly I would rather deal with another repair service than use Jetsons for any other reason. You can trust me, It really happened. ;D

We had great service in finding a specific audio piece of equipment that we were looking for but then, when we went to purchase our one item, we were directed to customer service where there was a long line of customers making returns. They didn't have a single person to just let us check out, so we sat in line for at least 10 minutes before leaving our item, walking out and ordering from Amazon instead. The line never moved and, even though it wasn't busy, other than customers making returns, management and customer service did nothing. Ill go straight to Amazon from now on. Time for Best Buy to make some management changes in Vero, asap.
